Glizid Mr-60 And Glyciphage 2.5gm

I am a diabetic(type 2) since last 20 yrs. at present my dose of medicine is Glizid MR 60 morning and evening as well as Glycophage 1g morning and evening as well as .5g on lunch time. still the pp is coming high even the morning time it is low sugar
