Hi-
well i have been taking the FP for about three weeks and I have lost a total of 14 pounds, I havnt had any exercise these last three weeks since I have pretty much been working all day. I have made FP part of my daily routine, once i get to work I take my pill along with a warm cup of water, not boiling but the warmist as possible, along with my breakfast. About 4 hrs later during my lunch hr. im not hungary but i know that i have to eat something since i wont be home until 8 hrs later, which is around 10pm, I have a bad habbit of not bringing my lunch with me so i usually get something to eat, many times fast food.. but i have noticed that whatever i eat i can eat so little of it.. I dont eat as much, or i get full easily, at first I started saving my leftovers and thought i might get hungary later.. but they would end up going in the trash bc i wouldnt get hungary.. I do keep snacks with me, protine bars, fruits, and i drink water all day (which the water keeps me full pretty much)

I have experienced some sideffects which include Dry Mouth(extreme, not a big deal since i have water at my desk all day), my face breaks out(used to have this issue before but I used to be controlled, its not that bad and I just thought that was an issue bc i had previously had issues with breakouts which i'd treat, and when my skin was better id quit using the products, and that may be the issue but i see other people on the forums have the same issue), and lately I have noticed wehn i urinate its a light yellow.. which i dont know if it is the same issues that the other people on here are ecperiencing, during the last two days I have noticed i cry easily (like i said it may just be me..), I have also notices that if i happen to eat lets say something that i know i shouldnt have i feel guilty.. other then that i haven't experienced any other sideffects.

I personally love love FP and i have seen the results. I started seeing the diffrence on the scale first and i am starting to see it on my clothes now. I am also going to start back on my work out routine maybe even this week to tone up. well hope everyone gets the same great results.

I am so disappointed. This pill has done absolutely nothing for me at all. Its been about a week now and no results. I think I have the real ones. They have the spanish stamp engraved in the box on both sides, the pink sticker at the front and the sticker seal at the top of the box...I have tried taking the pill before eating...after eating...with tea...nothing seems to work...i dont know maybe im doing something wrong...if i could get some input please!

I have been taking Fruta Planta for 3+ weeks now and felt a surge of positive energy the first two weeks. It has helped me not think about food so much, so I am eating less, but in 3 weeks, no significant weightloss. I AM however, having massive chronic kidney pain and am discontinuing use of this product.

Has anyone else had headaches as a rebound effect? I stopped taking the Fruta Planta for a few days and was having major headaches. Not sure if it was due to this or other factors (weather, etc.) thanks for your help!

Yes, My sister's weight is 200 and 5.5 , started the pills and couldnt continue, she was having severe tachycardia and a sort of a low pression headache (painfull feeling in the lower back of the head. She got really scared and stopped using the pill.

I have been taking these pills for 3 weeks & I have lost 5 lbs. It is very hard for me to lose weight all my life , I'm at the last 10 more lbs. I want to lose, & that's always the hardest , It does constipate you but I take Milk Of Magnesia & that works. I do have dry mouth & my urine does have an odor. I wonder if that is the antioxins coming out ? I do feel like the Fat is coming out , more so with these pills than just a regular diet ! I recommend them !

Hi all, I been taking these pill for about a 3 weeks now and I definately see results but after reading all your comments I feel much better. The side effects I noticed are all the same which is fast heart beats , crying out of no where, very consipated, and having a dry mouth. I thought I was going crazy for a while, I was thinking about getting help!!! But I also noticed that I losed some weight and I would really hate to stop because I feel that's its to hard to do alone. I'm getting married next year and I want to fit in my dress!!! I'm sooo confused!

I just ordered this and have been taking it for two days. I have noticed the dry, but I feel really nauseous all the time. I understand this product is supposed to help you lose weight, but I don't understand how. Does it burn fat, curb your appetite or do something else. Also, I wanted to know if it is okay to take this while you are taking something else, like depression medication. My mom's taking this too, but I'm worried because she's also taking antidepressants and I don't know if you can take both at the same time. I wanted to know how this makes you feel and if it really works. Also, how are you supposed to take it? Before or after breakfast, should you eat something first?

Hey Chloe. I posted a comment in another section though, but I am having that same problem. I have these extremely horrible headaches for the past two days, that no matter what I take they won't go away. I also started throwing up since last night. I am on day 5 of taking the pill but I am going to stop immediately. I feel sick all the time and my head feels like it's going to explode and the nauseous feeling won't go away. I thought I was the only one until I read your comment. Apparently not everyone gets these side effects.

I had severe headache for a few days, dizziness and even blacked out for a few seconds. I stopped taking them.

DOes anyone know the contents of these pills?I want to know if they have ephedra, or any other ingredient additional to the natural ingredients. Does anyone know if there is a FDA report on these pills?

I have been taking them for about 2 months and work out everyday with them, and my heart rate is always normal. with ephedra it raises your heart rate, so i really doubt there is any in the fruta planta pill.

i have been taking these for a few months now...has anyone else? and are you still feeling that they are working?

Wow lots of bad effects here.

There are either 1 of 2 things going on here.

It either contains Sibutramine: Dry mouth, drowsiness, constipation, difficulty sleeping, or headache may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor promptly. Report promptly: dizziness, back pain, arthritis, increased appetite, stomach pain, mood/mental changes, persistent sore throat, sinus congestion. Unlikely but report promptly: chest pain, fast or irregular heartbeat, flushing or fever, increased thirst, arm or leg swelling, muscle pain or weakness, leg cramps, numbness, vision changes, one-sided weakness, sweating.

Or those who get these symptoms are taking fake pills. Almost impossible to tell. I have noticed the negative effects seem to be a lot more aimed toward women.

Its hard to say what to do but if you want, give it a try, if you have any of the bad effects, just stop. Its impossible to know whats really going on. The only sure way is to find someone who it is working great for and then try one of theirs.

It stated off great reduced hunger and did not feel bad but 4 days later I started to feel bad head ache and then left arm like real heavy and week and some sharp heart pain I stoped taking but think it has something to do with th FP pills has anyone felt that way just be carefu

I have also experienced left arm pain. I took the pills for quite a long time, lost weight and went through i think every side effect. ATTENTION... since i stopped FP because i felt comfortable with my weight i have gained some lbs as quick as i lost them.

You most likely were both taking Sibutramine...the side effects u were saying match them...its been debated whether all these pills or just fake ones contain this ingrediant. Def stop taking it immediatly and visit the doctor for advise

Thanks Scott, mine were the original ones and i had all side effects. And what actually scared me was when i wasnt able to breath at night due to mouth dryness .

I have been taking these pills for 3 weeks and I am now experiencing numbness on my right side and consistent dry mouth and sore throat. I have discontinued the pill and do not recommend this pill to anyone. I was 100% healthy prior to taking the FP and now I am afraid to do anything until I get checked out by a doctor. I lost 11 lbs, however I do not feel 11 lbs is worth losing your life over.

I took only one day a pill FP that my friend gave me to try for a week. But the symptoms were horrible. I stop here, I am with a headache, Nausea, on the day that I took, I got weakness, dizziness and malaise.I was afraid to take the second time. I do not know that. nbody knows anything, there are millions of deals. False, true, original. Hazardous to health!

I have been taking these pills for about 3 weeks now and in just in the last 3 days have experienced some pretty bad headaches and today I stopped them. The first box I purchased while I was out of town and when I noticed such good results within the first week I ordered some more boxes online. Well it just so happens my new boxes came in today and they look different. I compared on the actual Fruta Planta website and my new boxes seem like the real deal with the hologram background and allt he stickers and my first original box looks like it might be the imitation. so I am wondering since some people have done well on these pills that maybe it is the imitation ones that are causing the bad side effects. If it is not too much trouble for me to ask for the people who have had problems what their box looks like? The box I think that might be an imitation is white in the background and has a gold stamp toward the bottom but did have the seal as well. The new boxes that seem that the actual real ones are more of a yellow background, a silver stamp, a pink sticker, and a blue sticker. Thank u to anyone who can help. If I originally had a bad box I really want to try again with the new ones but if people still had the bad side effects with the real pills than I will stop taking them. Thanks again.
