Fibermyosis In The Back Area

I got pain at the bottom right side of my back. Physio theraphy seems to help, but only for a short period of time. When cold, it seems worse and hot and cold treatment seems to help, but not for long. I walk for two minutes, then need to sit down and rest.

I also get pain in my lower right back can;t stand for long or walk, have bad mood swings. muscles hurt all the time sore.

Has your doctor suggested any other treatment options, or medications?

Some people get some pain relief from anti-inflammatory medications, such as Ibuprofen.
