Fasting Blood Sugar

My fasting blood sugar is 135. After breakfast it is 106. How can I get my fasting sugar below 110? My Dr. advised me to take one Glycomet GP 0.5 in the morning.

My fbs is 135 and I take only one tablet of glycomet 500 in the morning. How do I get it below 110?
