Endomethicine For Gout

Is there a substitute or over the counter alternative for endomethicine to treat gout?

No, it is a very strong nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, while there are some in this class available over the counter, they are not nearly as potent.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation.
