Duration Of Gabaneuron Treatment?

For how long (in terms of years & months) can the tablet Gabaneuron / myelosafe + aldonil OD be taken by a patient of (non diabetic) peripheral (feet) neuropathy?

I am non diabetic but suffering from peripheral ( feet) neuropathy . I am taking 1 myelosafe GB & 1 aldonil OD in the A/N after meals and 1myelosafe GB & 1libotrypp DS after dinner. For how long ( in terms of years & months ) I have to continue this treatment & what are the ill effects of long term usage ?
