Duloxetine Medication

I've recently been prescribed Epitec in the evening and Duloxetine for chronic pain syndrome. I suffer from anxiety and depression. Sometimes I experience panic disorder, also borderline bipolar. I've been taking Tramacet in the morning and Cipramil and pax in the evening. I feel afraid to start my new meds...

The U.S. FDA lists the typical side effects of Epitec as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings and weight gain.

Duloxetine may cause nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and weight changes.

What issues are you afraid of? Perhaps if you're more specific, those can be addressed to better help you.
