Dolocordralan contains the active ingredient Diclofenac, it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory used to treat pain and swelling.

I don't know what country you are based in, but it is available by prescription-only in the U.S.

Docoldralan forte is produced by Brystol Myers in Peru, South America (here is their page, you can put it through Google Translate if you don't read Spanish col.org.pe/biblio/plm/PLM/productos/48398.htm ).

It's Diclofenac 50mg + Paracetamol 500mg = one works as a muscle relaxer, the other as a pain killer. You can get your doctor to prescibe them in combination.
