Yes you do, so please ask your physician who treated you in the hospital for an immediate referral unless your injury is resolved.

Watch it-Tramadol RUINED my stomach & now I have to take 2 pills a day for my stomach! It is better for you to just take hydrocodone or oxycodone! The west side of Michigan are HUGE on prescribing everything but narcotics no matter how much you need them & they don't care WHAT they do to your stomach! I moved out of state because of my pain & now my stomach-don't move to the middle or west side of michigan or you will be in alot of pain!

Ladies,

Ultram creates a high seizure threshold. It is a mixed agonist antagonist and should not be taken by those on ADs or elderly with cardiac issues.

It is not a NSAID.

Why do you require a pain physician? Just looking at the post gives no reason for anyone to refer a good physician; none of us with the new FDA requirements who need help want offices filled with people just wanting PM's without good cause.

This is SH and I emailed you last week with no reply. I have had pain so long I have a hard time telling what each pain is. Dah! I am having severe muscle spasms in back, in bands that move. Maybe in thoracic area and then in lumbar. They are excruciating. On maximum Baclofen, 80 mg maintenance dose. No help. So this pulls my back over and I can't stand straight! Spasms! What should I ask PCP to do? Change to another antispasmodic, because losing ability to walk!! Going to show list of 14 drs I see. All see a bit if me, how can I get better care of all if me, not just parts!! I need aggressive action. He usually gives 7.5 vicodin. It is better than nothing. Hopefully we can try another muscle relaxer. Does Rheumatologist diagnosis muscle disorders? Still in line for methadone clinic. Maybe 2-4 weeks away from medicine. But need spasm medicine too!! What was the site Republica.....? Hope you are hanging in there!! Thanks and God bless all!!

i did post last year of my issues i have ddd in neck and back, osteoarthritis in hips, back,failed back surgery in 2007,carpal tunnel, severe foranimal stenosis in neck and i could go on and on i cant stand more then 10 minutes before my back gives out im in middle of applying for disability.

I need HELP trying to find a doctor near me, I have sevier and major multiple chronilcal pain medical issues, I Have been taking Morphine gradual i.e. Up over a 4 yr period I am now on a dosage of MorphineSULF ER 100 MG TABLET (1) 3 x a day... my neoroligist is no longer allow to write pain scripts for pain meds.... Have been to serial defiffrant Back specialist and surgeons that told me back surgery would do me no good an the pain injections would do nothing more than parilize me..... I run out of pain medication on the 16th of this Month ( this week)...... GOD HAVE MERCY PLEASE HELP ME GET HELP....!!!

P450 - Hope you are handling the i****s causing your demise-our gov. is the monster at so many levels-I just returned from new apt w/primary hopeful-was dismissed as patient for "discrepancies" in my substance monitoring report-they tried to say I got pain meds that not telling them-plus after subjecting me to U/A (with much pain doing it) they would not write ER script for me til find a PM dr. to treat me. They are even afraid of DEA wrath. Thoughts on psychiatrist being more apt to not fear DEA? There are few good ones around here & at this point I need one for more than pain! My mental stability is about gone.... Chris- in pain beyond human viability & w/out a chance in h..ll of stopping it!!!

I have a lower disc messed up. And crippling

Regina what state are you in? I would suggest first of all for you are hysterical seeking a local METHADONE clinic to save your life. The FDA now restricts physicians although it is not a LAW they all act like it is to the 120 mg. Morphine equivalent which you are triple of. So no they cannot write you that amount if he is willing to write you less and help taper you call and ask if he's busted or cannot write opioids you must attain help.

You must ask by telling us location and none of us wait until the day they are out of medication to seek help. ER's under ODUMMA care will not treat episodic issues when you have lost a PM won't happen.

If you are in Alabama, WV, or even Louisiana you might fare better or might now.

Further you need rock hard diagnoses not just the fact you are on too high a level of morphine to meet new standards.

A methadone clinic will force you to appear daily and get a dosage if you are a distance they might allow a take home amount but since you are on straight morphine, methadone can save your life. If you are lucky since you waited this long to seek help this could save your life. I suggest you throw a state out here so someone might reach out with a name but I too am at risk of death and would NEVER wait till the day I am out of medication to ask for help.

You are not going to do anything that stupid, you are going to give information and maybe one of us can help. Why do you not have pain management now? I hope you are not calling and asking if they prescribe. Kentucky underwent a huge federal bust recently so decent physicians will say NO on the phone to anything, you just cannot do that.

I presume you mean Vicodin, your spelling is indiscernible.

I am at life's end so is Chris lady so give us more then the pity pot ok?

Catch up on my posts. You do not need 100 physicians, that is why you are not getting medication at all, they all are suspicious ok. Ask for Valium. It is a smooth muscle relaxer and works better then any muscle relaxers. If they will so prescribe.

Ok you have FBS, please have the surgeon who did all that crappy surgery refer you to the PM he uses for the patients who still "have pain post operatively" call and say that he will know exactly what I mean. Even the greatest surgeons F up, and he should get you with someone to treat your pain.

Ultram should not ruin your stomach my dear. It does elevate seizure threshold it is not a NSAID or aspirin bearing chemical. It is NOT good for the elderly, those with COPD or cardiac issues.

Whatever is going on with your GI tract is not related to this drug. I am fairly sure and you need a full GI work up for it might be something important that is being overlooked.

No one leaves a state due to lack of pain management, it cannot be that reason alone. Michigan is one of "the arm pits of America" I have my own personal opinion of their lazy LE "if it's not in my city I can't respond" whereas in Texas if I know who stole my check book and they are hanging in Houston and I am in Dallas chances are LE won't think twice about questioning that party arresting them and getting my check book back.

If you know that whole great state so well I am sure you can give everyone here a list of who not to go to in Michigan and why.
