Sweetheart I never offered any help. I was looking for help. Guess what? I asked my question ONCE and got my answer. That's all you have to do. You do not keep asking 5 times a day. That's not how this works. Also, if you paid attention to anyone but yourself you would see I'm not the only one who told you to stop. You are making yourself look like a desperate drug fiend and it is unbecoming. Also, if you were such a good Christian you wouldn't say things like "God would be so proud of your compassion. " that is not your place to say and I am not worried about how I will look to God because that is between Him and I, not you. So save your religious jabs for someone else because they aren't going to work on me. Have a nice day and stop posting 5 times a day or I will keep reporting you for spamming.

I'm sorry but I'm not your sweetheart nor a friend to people who talk to me the way you are.

yesterday was my FIRST time using this site so I made a mistake are you kidding me its time to move on. I'm here to look for advise and if someone needs help and there is any way what so ever that I can help them while they r suffering like I am...even if its just to be here and listen...then i will help. But I'm done discussing how I messed up and replied too many times and disturbed you but thanks for monitoring this site for us and have a great day!!!

Wow o wow !! Yes we all need help & 2 look answers or help by letting others no wat can hurt u with some meds. & yes the suffering is hard. So R withdrawls & this is a great site !! Lots of useful posts. Many on here would love help & u r not alone.I've not been on in awhile.2 sick myself dealing with bad docs. Bad meds etc. Just as so many & I wish 2 thank all I've met on here. Yet it is true the continue of the posts Ur sending gets sent 2 us all after each of ur posts. I'm sure others would love 2 help U !! & me 2. I've spent quite a bit of time erasing my inbox with the continued posts I've bwen sent just as all the others. I do wish we could all get help !! & the LORD MY JESUS is so helpful 2 lean on.as I saw on a post. When I stand b4 him yes I will b judged. I do not judge others & have a great respect 4 all.& anyone who's been searching 4 help should b able 2 ask & yes we all want help. But please we do understand ur desperation & hope 2 help u & so many others.plus ourselves if someone can help.Bless u & if I could I would greatly try. My best 2 all & as always stay safe.

G I hate 2 post again but after re-reading the last post dear Kari we've all been turned away from docs. we've had Meds hurt us. & meds taken away 2. several of us have almost died including me. compassion works both ways as U mentioned that word 2 being a new person on here. There r so many of us who don't have the finances 2 get any help or can't continue 2 pay hospital bills, doc bills or Meds that R needed.or about 2 loose our houses such as in my situation 2 have a doc talk about surgery now. I remember a young lady on here about last yr. I won't mention her name but @ 3am or so she was on the floor in pain Her husband didn't no how 2 help. I was up & saw her post. I sent encouraging words ... & we posted a bit back & forth.she said she was greatful for my words of comfort. That is also part of this site. & NO 1 should b telling anyone 2 leave any site.the ANGER isn't helpful 2 either.we r all dealing with pain & problems.i do hope I've been able 2 reach out wen I can 2 help any others !! This is a , can b & supposed 2 b a helpful site.not arguing amongst others ... I no I'm greatful 4 the words of understanding from so many. & we do care !! No 1 should ever b told 2 leave a site Ever. We hope we can help & hang on.my best 2 all...sorry I just had 2 post this.its not the way this thread should b used.please help others as this is wat we try 2 do!! Wat if we all left this site? NJSHORE I had 2 go back 2 a few pages. Saw it post & will b praying 4 u & ur family. Seems we've lost some communication on being able 2 keep up with posts. My best 2 all. sorry this is being sent later than Id like. Yet as we r all dealing with some in chronic pain that has been a problem 4 yrs. Or will b in pain 4 ever. It's so sad !! I had 2 send a second post after cing wat was said & how it was said. Not sure wen but it's under review. All I can say is bad temper & telling someone 2 leave this site was wrong. Your SO sweet Karen thank you for being so understanding as I am new to this site and didn't realize how old some of those posts were I have felt SO Aline in my struggle I had no idea so any people all over the country have been struggling just like me IRS SO sad to just want help but having no one to understand your struggles its so nice to be all alone. I have struggled with debilitating pain for so long. If there is anything anyone needs help with I'm on CA and can offer some Dr advise, medication advise, and anything else I can help with. Just following up on a previous discussion;
I received a letter from my State Med. Review Board thanking me for my input ( the complaints I submitted about two of my past Drs) and saying they have submitted requests to the Drs for their records and statements.
Just a little progress, but maybe one Dr will finally educate themself on drug interactions and the fatalities and suffering from Tramadol mixing mixing with other meds, and one Dr may realize undermedicating and shouting at patients isn't in his job description.
Ball's in their court, and hard hit too.

hi I haven't been able to write for about a month. When I read a few
about Tramadol. It was enough to read that ultram has a bad rep for a
reason. I also see that someone wrote to their states medical review
board. I have to go for now I have a med appt. I have been thinking
about how my leg is hurting more My neuro says I can't give you a narcotic. I only have the ultram he gave me. I have to try not to think about it for now.

I'm only defending myself from how i was talked to. I came on thiis site for help and the first posts I make I have 2 people complaining about my posts and telling ME to leave.
SO I'm either going find another group or if we could stop complaining about people who are all here for the same reason and just be kind and compassionate to each other because thats why un here...that would be great. So let's move on please I have been corrected multiple times and its all good.

Good luck Janet Marie I hope the tramadol us working OK for you so far. I have never used that medication before. Was on fentanyl and Oxycodone for break away and my new Dr decided I was WAY too over medicated which I think that is reduculous u have been in the same med regimine for years and it didn't really help with my pain.

I was thinking if askinh y DT to try Tramadol or Opana. Does anyone have experience with these 2 medications by chance. I have a pretty high tolerance for pain.

Regarding Tramadol/Ultram: Please scroll down. I've posted my nightmare with it. It works fine for lots of people but DON'T rely on the Dr and pharmacy to save you from getting killed or suffering permanent damage. Get on the internet and use a drug interaction checker. Read and learn about side effects. This is a dangerous, last resort drug that is getting prescribed like candy. Multiple legal cases are going on regarding that drug. Hundreds, possibly thousands, die each year from it. Or suffer with things like scarring, or nerve damage (I still have no feeling in most of my right hand, likely permanently). Question your Dr about side effects and dangers of Tramadol. If they don't have any warnings? Tear it up in front of them and tell them to learn how to be a Dr. again. The first time didn't work out.

kari I myself am relatively new to the site. I understand looking back to see the other questions and conversation. I post here sometimes every day sometimes not. I enjoy the live feed, I am a retired nurse and enjoy helping when I can, although I have learned a lot just reading about different meds and pain management, and the lack of care that is being given, I had never been exposed to the severe problem many are facing with pain until I came up against it. I am now also familiar with several who post here and enjoy their conversations, most of us have long histories and have dealt with some type of devastating event in our lives, most days are a struggle with all the anxiety that comes with our problems along with the pain being a huge factor. makes me feel grumpy a lot, but I try. so keep on posting its good to be able to communicate your feelings.
as far as the tramadol I was placed on it recently for a re injury of my shoulder. I am also on psych meds for anxiety,depression and bipolar disorder, I was unaware that the tramadol caused serotonin syndrome. I have been left with residual numbness in my face, along with the severe itching from the tramadol, I would avoid it if you can. keep your chin up my thoughts are with you. karen

Janet marrie, & hi Karen. I will say again that if I was dying from pain I would never take tramadol again ! It is listed as a class 4 drug now.so I ask y then with the problems it's causing y not prescribe something better known.as it is the generic & ultram the brand name. there r legal suits against this co. & now that doctors, hospitals & even the squad runs r having more & more people complaining of so many problems.the extreme anxiety,itching,anger that comes from no where.the body jolts, no sleep & pacing around.It changes U & never helped with the pain.it made U feel somewat uphoric so the more u r informed the better U can b prepared. the worst post I saw on a site was a wife who left her husband & took the children away because he became so dependent on Tramadol. & all the family tried so hard 2 explain how much they could c how he changed he simply didn't care. I've gone through the worst being on that med. if it works 4 U I hope it will b safe. The withdrawals r horrible !! It was like a poison u could feel circulating through ur body. so I ask again y if we have other meds we no how they've worked & helped & r also listed as a certain class med. y r we not. Using them 2 help so many!! My best & b careful extremely careful is all I can say. & please read b informed. my ER run the ER doc couldn't believe again another person brought in from body spasms & shock. as always stay safe.

Hey there 'painsucks' #919...im thinking of moving to the Bay area, do you know of any good pain doctors out that way? Im from Texas and been here all my life. Had an accident in 1979 and its only gotten worse throughout the years. I had an excellent doc but that all went downhill with the new drug laws. Ive been offered help to get off these meds and that'd be great if I weren't in so much pain without them. The addiction isnt the problem, ITS THE PAIN thats the problem. Ive been on somewhat of the same regime for over 30 years and cant comprehend the reasoning behind lowering my dosage or in some cases taking me completely off the meds that did work. More and more people will be forced to self medicate this awful pain. I'm afraid the H and other drug dealers will win this war... Unfortunately this is how Obama will pull off 'Population Control' without getting his own hands dirty!!! I'll put money on it he'll supply all the syringes for free. Thanks Mr. Obama! We couldn't have done it without ya...

Please go easy on the political finger pointing. The new drug laws all began back in '99 when Florida's Governor Jeb Bush's daughter was busted for drug possession. One of those drugs? Oxycontin. She also was admitted for possible OD near that time.
Her Dr. appealed the FDA and DEA to reschedule the Oxycontin. Well, that snowballed over the early 2000's to include ALL forms of narcotic pain relievers.
President Obama was barely in congress when the DEA approved the scheduling change and set the date for November 2014.
Obama never had a hand on this. But it seems to be a good ol standby venting target. Say nasty things about someone else and blame your troubles on the Prez.
Me? I blame speculators, pharmaceutical companies (the alternative meds we are getting cost WAY more than what has been working), and I blame the Drs for not having the spine to stand up and advocate for their patients. My blame has more grey in it than "That @$(&&#! In the White House"!!!!

I am having a lot of problems with my pain management specialist. I am disabled and receive Medicaid. I have s lot of ailments and was receiving 6 roxicodone 30mg tablets per day. From your experience do you know if this office accepts Medicaid and do you feel that they would be willing to prescribe the high dosage I have been receiving for the past 7 years of my life? I don't currently have much access to the internet so I wouldn't be able to check an email. I live in Hendersonville N.C and my # is {edited for privacy}. If you could share the information you have about the good pain management practice in Georgia it would be so very much appreciated. I hope to speak to you soon. Used Up...Thanks for putting this subject into a different perspective. Your certainly right about the doctors not having ANY backbone whatsoever for their patients. I would think the doctors that specialize in Pain Management would be standing up, That's their livelihood for goodness sakes. Statistics show H use has increased 66% since the change in these laws and unfortunately it will continue to rise along w/the deaths of our young. Too bad they've taken away the "Doctor-Patient Care" and forced the hand of that 66% into finding a "Dealer" that has no problem in taking care of your every need...For the i****s out there that think these new laws will reduce the deaths in our young society, do your homework!!! Doctors will lose their patients, parents will lose their children and drug dealers will get richer and richer! Now isn't that ironic??? Hmmm...

U r all on my thoughts & prayers. So many I've been glad 2 meet on here. I still can't get over how I'm still so sick from that tramadol & the SERITONIN syndrome !!
