Doctors Who Prescribe Pain Killers In Philadelphia (Page 51)

Hi,

My current doctor has decided that it would be best to stop my monthly prescription for 30mg percocets. I have chronic back pain from skiing injuries and other sports related problems. I have never abused or taken more than was suggested. I never got "high" and was always able to work and interact with clients in a positive way. Now without the medication, the pain is becoming a distraction. Does anyone know a doctor who isn't scared to prescribe common pain killers. They are produced for a reason, but recent uptake in illegal abuse has made doctors uneasy with long term prescriptions? I live in the Philadelphia area (main line) but I am familiar with the greater Philadelphia metro area. Thank you and kind regards.

Yeah it's such bull s***, he is the most amazing doctor and the fact that they would point the finger because they are trying to get themselves out of trouble is ridiculous... I hope they get what's coming to them... Dr should be OK because he is legit. It might just take a while, that's what his son has told us. Hopefully my poor husband and all his other good patients can find something in the meantime ..until he is back. My husband suffers from fractured vertebrae and chronic pain ..it's bulls*** my husband and his other patients are suffering because stupid a**holes decide to sell their s***. I don't understand how that's the doctors fault. Any patient can do that... has nothing to do with the doctor.

Yeah that's my husband's Dr p right ..so messed up what they are doing to him he's the best guy around

I heard different..it doesnt look good..dr was suppose to interview other doc but still nothing..not feeling well and having hard time finding anyine

By far..i dont undestand why he has to suffer from their mistake..any and many drs have these clients but they dont get into trouble..id love to know who they were

I've been hit walking by a trolley bus in 1995 had a massive stroke in 2012 had a triple bypass surgery in 2014 had another surgery on same le in 2016 dr. Tells me he can see if I was 70 yrs. Old then he could see him giving me opposed but cause I'm 46 he doesn't think my pain is as bad I also have fibroids and fibromyalgia I'm in pain everyday damn near all day!!!!

Same here 5 years..went down to get records and f***in dea has them.. cant go no where else now.. I was talking to mar and she said at his age why would he..it's f***ed up..im sick as balls and out of ideas.

Wow... I haven't heard anything.. this is crazy.. Brian told me that Dr is suing the Dea for putting his patients out like this. I know Dr. Is mad and thinks this is total bulls***.. it's so f***ed up because any doctors patients can be scum bags and point the finger.. so they don't get into trouble.. now all Dr's patients are suffering and no where to go.. and Brian also said that if he does come back they are weeding certain people out... brian said my husband is definitely staying but he said the people who haven't f***ed up at all there or can't pass a background check as long as no drug charges are safe.. I hope he comes back for all you guys and my husband because I have to watch him suffer. He has broken vertebra and blown out knees and just in bad shape. He works everyday to support our family and without him being out of pain he can't function.. And u know through all of this the Dr asked the Dea if he could give his patients one more script to have them wean off so they weren't suffering and u know what the dea said we don't care about your patients... After all was said and done he still cares about his patients more than himself... even after two scum bags f***ed him over... he's such a good guy... I hope he comes out of this and doesn't feel jaded ..because if he knew what they were doing he would have told on them himself... so flash u went and couldn't get your files at all?

How can the dea get away with this, it's crazy....I wish I knew the f****rs who did this s***.. putting the Dr and all his upstanding patients out like this just to try and get themselves out of trouble. They must be dumber than they are because they are going to be in just as much for selling their meds.. why ruin it for other people. And I just don't understand how the dea can do this because anyone could sell their s*** that has nothing to do with the doctor. God I'm so pissed watching my husband suffering in pain. Not to say terrible wds.

Jt, the dea has them..were all f***ed i think.. I have friends calling me because they are sick too. So this was a big dent everywhere.. I've been hearing about another doc for weeks there but how much longer until that ya know..

Hi I am in same boat I'm suffering cause I can't have surgery cause of my protein c diffency which causes me to have blood clots throughout my body I have sciatica two ripped meniscus, herniated discs,bulging neck,arthritis real bad and I did find a Dr but dont take my insurance its a good place not far on Trenton rd levittown pa and there's same practice in Horsham pa.they help people in pain that are suffering only if your clean and can prove everything the way it should be .I' just can't go cause of my insurance I have .but I know few people who are seeing these drs.I am very upset with all these other people who ruin it for people who seriously need to be manage on meds.I have to keep looking but this place does help .SEast
