Doctors Who Prescribe Oxycontin In Oklahoma (Page 5)

I have been in Pain management since 2004 in California and just Moved out there to muskogee Oklahoma... unfortunately there are NO doctors here willing to treat my pain i was on a regiment of 80mg Oxycontin 2X daily 10/325mg Norcos every 4 hours and 4mg IV dilaudid as needed for breakthrough pain... i am in search of a doctor out this way who is actualluy willing to perscribe these meds... thanks

My doctor is stopping writing pain scripts in a month. I need a doc that will write for me 10mg norcos, 6 a day for buldging disc and arthitis in my lumbar spine.Possibly something stronger if possible as the norcos just don't cut the pain unless I take 3 at a time. And I also take fiorcet 6 times a day for migraines, as well as 4 zanaflex daily for my back. I also would like some xanax as i have a very high stress job and have some anger issues that come with it and the lexapro my doc gives me doesn't cut it. If anyone has a doc or clinic in the general OKC area that can help please do so.

PAIN MGMT:

Forgot to add for 6 yrs I've been on 90 mg methadone a day, allowed 12 mg of dilaudid a day,4 mg of colonipin and 3 soma a day, if anyone can please direct me to a Dr. in okc or tulsa as my dr retired. Suffered necrotizing fasciitis and almost lost my left arm now I have chronic pain, severe R.A. anxiety. If someone could point me to a clinic or Dr. that will continue these meds. Help plz!!!!

#54 Rob not sure where you're from but awhile back before I got insurance and was cash pay I went to Dr.Moses on 71st in Tulsa. Hope this helps especially if you only need norco

Hello Everyone,
It is me, again. I was just sent an email from Forbes magazine about an article about people on disability, etc.! It is written by a jerk who doesn't suffer as we all do. I am going to write this jerk and hope you will too, telling him off. It's people like this man who is causing all this trouble for us all. Not only the DEA and FDA but so many others. This is why I wrote the petition and am trying to get help for us all, so we will be heard, understood and our pain managed better, as before. Now, they are trying to take away our disability from us too. This man makes fun of people who claim spinal problems. I am very, very angry at this man and others.

I hope you will click on this link and read this, I hope you will write an angry rebuttal to him, as well. We don't need harmful reporting, biased reporting from a non chronic pain person. Someone who won't have the pain, we are all experience!

Hi. I'm Looking for a doc too who'll prescribe my ms contin & oxycodone who's not a pain management doc. I've seen one and they don't treat you right, treat your problems and are just another number. I know you're far away but Dr. Mackey in Edmond is the BEST pain management doc in the state. He'll give you your meds plus oxycodone for bt pain. You get random drug panels, not every visit. His PA is fabulous as well. He treats you so good, takes him time talking with you to see how you feel, how the meds are working, if you're sleeping and so on. You need your PC doc to refer you but the wait is not long, 2 weeks Max. Good luck

I live in Claremore, Ok I have degenerative disc disease, coupe of bulging disc, a herniated disc, arthritis in my back and fibro. I also had surgery on both my knees and one of them still bothers me. I was on 30mg of oxycodone and my Dr. retired. I need a new Dr. that will subscribe my oxycodone to me. Please help I am in so much pain I am practically bed ridden. I have called a lot of Dr.'s that say I need a Dr.'s referral and I can't get that since my Dr. retired. Does anyone know of a pain management Doctor who will accept new patients without trying to push surgery on me?

I read your post about this doctor and it gives me great hope I might be able to lift my 7 month old baby again. I'm living with a broken back that refuses to heal after over 3 years plus failed surgery and other issues. I'm to the point that life is getting to be too hard to handle with this severe and constant pain. I'm barely getting any help at all for my pain despite 7 mris and cat scans and numerous reports about my painful condition. I really hope he can help me so I can play woth my baby like a normal person without crying in pain. Do you know if I ned my primary doctor to refer him or can I just make an appointment with him? Thanks so much!

At 34 years old I have already had one back surgery. Now I have two more herniated discs, failed back syndrome, osteoarthritis that has seen to have spread throughout every joint in my body. I "live" in so much pain day to day and I Just want a dr that is most concerned with my quality of life.

Most places you will need to take a copy of your MRI that shows the pain. If you can get that I bet your on the road to feeling better. Good luck
