Cook Children's has a website at cookchp.org and there is a portal for members to use that lets you access features, such as a search for a provider in your area that accepts it.
You can find it by looking in the orange box on the left side of the page, near the top is "Member Online Services".
I think that would likely be the easiest way to find someone that can help you.
Does anyone happen to know of a doctor in that area that accepts this coverage?
Look up Kratom. It's an herb. When you finally try it, your search will change from looking for doctors to choosing a good source for this herb. It's legal and inexpensive. Try it before you get on Subs. It's just a tradeoff. Getting off subs was one of the hardest things in my life.
Darlin I've been looking into this and looking for a good store, got any suggestions? I've ordered online but still looking. My results have been subtle but good enough to use.
Yes, I do know of some stores. There's pharmacy-dropout. Kratom is not FDA approved for human consumption at this time so please keep this in mind. Do your research-you can go to I Love Kratom and see the aforementioned vendor listed there. Also can read about all things kratom there. I truly wish you the best; if you go for it, you'll find a happier, smarter, more energetic and all around better version of you, just waiting.
Pharmacy Dropout is awsome! I googled that company and saw this and HAD to give a shout out for him. He needs the publicity badly. Before I found him I was on oxycodone, but it made me into a zombie and my personality was completely gone. It turned me into a monster, and the cravings...oh god.
The old me is back, but this time with no depression and very little anxiety, and I take no oxy, and I have no cravings either. I was contemplating suicide before I found him and his phone number.
Really four 8mg suboxone tablets a day that's a high dose and one that will be horrendous to come off.I have been on suboxone before and was prescribed one 8mg a day and I found that when I got down to 2mg a day I just couldn't manage to kick them. The result was using street opiates and ending up on methadone . seriously subs can be a godsend just not easy to get off of them,I don't know many people that have managed to kick em!!
I know this sounds crazy, and I don't know your situation but the doctor in Seguin, Texas that helped my wife was wonderful! I made sure every week when I got paid that I put back the money for the office visit with no insurance to be sure I could keep my wife on a weekly program to get clean of the opiates, I personally gave up a lot of things in my personal life for this , but you couldn't put a dollar amount on what I got back! So there are doctors in Texas that will help, I know but I did it without insurance, paid cash, and traveled 200 miles round trip every Monday for 6 months! You can do it too ! Tap every resource you can think of personally and financially and make it happen! You won't regret it !! MAKE IT HAPPEN!!
I managed to get off all the pain meds without methadone or subs. I know that when I say "natural" and "plant" most will blow this off as being another tree hugger or someone trying to sell vitamins. When there is nothing left, Google KRATOM. It's not a pharmaceutical, it certainly won't make anyone rich, it won't make you feel high-but you will get off the subs and the methamphetamine and the coke without painful withdrawals. And finally you will stay off. You will learn what herbs help to potentiate the effects and you won't spend near the money or the time, nor will you worry from month to month where you are going to get your medicine. Please, learn about Kratom and find a respectable online vendor. You have your whole life to do it right, from now on. Wish you all the best!
I need a doctor who will accept medicare for suboxone. I live in Plano, Texas - a suburb of Dallas, Texas. If anyone knows please let me know.
Yes. Dr. Fenton in Dallas, on Gaston Ave. I get 90, 8mg a month and pay nothing.
Does anyone know of a Suboxone dr. in Fort Worth, TX, that takes Wellcare Medicare? I need help to get off a 7 yr. opioid habit & have tried Kratom but it makes my anxiety much worse. Naltrexone gave me severe cravings.
The only thing that I've had major success with is Suboxone (ZERO cravings, etc). I'd appreciate any help!!!
I’m in withdrawals from subutex and need a dr ASAP that takes medicaid insurance! I’m in Dallas, TX. Please get back to me regarding a dr in the area.
I have gained 50 lbs in 6 months on Lyrica. Need Suboxone. I'm in Texas.
I don't think there any answers or solutions. Doctors are only a bunch of Pharma puppets that push whatever Pharma wants pushed at the moment!
