Can these be taken in conjunction with Paracetamol Tablets?

I have only taken 4 difene (diclofenac) tablets (75mg each) over 2 days and I have severe cramping, diarrhea and nausea - Please advise. I have not taken a tablet in the last 12 hours but stomach problems persist.

Peter, you should really ask your doctor or pharmacist, before using it.

Since Difene contains Diclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, it can also thin the blood and it could be dangerous to use in conjunction with the Warfarin.

Difene contains the active ingredient Diclofenac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory.

Since Paracetamol/Acetaminophen is also an anti-inflammatory, NO, they should not be used together. It would be doubling up on the same type of medication and can be dangerous.

Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.
