In my research I have not found anything about Adipex "75mg", only 37.5mg. Has anyone seen such a high dosage in Adipex? Is it safe? ## High dose Adipex 75mg, I cant find lower doses or is 75 mg their low dose? ## You are correct, in the U.S., there is only the 37.5mg dosage available. I've been on Contrave for 6 months with some slight success. I've lost about 6 lbs, but I also have not gained any weight, which is at least a step in the right direction. I don't follow all the rules and don't exercise enough. I was initially scheduled to have ENT surgery for a severe sinus infection in 2 days (Wednesday). Surgery has now been moved to 8 days (following Tuesday). My GP told me today that I should off Contrave for 2 weeks prior to surgery because of the naltrexone, because it might interfere with anesthesia. I've looked online and cannot find any mention this. I've been taking phentermine for a couple years now and it has worked great, but now it seems to be losing its effectiveness. Yesterday I bought a dietary supplement that contains coconut oil and green coffee. I bought it to take with the phentermine. I was on qsymia, it worked great. I lost 45lbs. I had a tumor that was noncancerous and started back taking it because I gained some weight from the steroids. However the qsymia stopped working. Has this happened to anyone else and how long does it last? ## In the U.S. it is most commonly known as Amfepramone, it is a stimulant that is most commonly used to aid in weight loss. And yes, dizziness is a very common side effect of it, along with nausea, dry mouth, irritability, and insomnia. I've taken Asenlix before (a long time ago), but now it is illegal to get in the U.S. I've read online that Dinintel is the same as Asenlix. I've taken Phentermine before (which is available by prescription in the US), but it did not work as well as Asenlix. Hi.... I was prescribed phentermine 37.5mg daily starting a week ago.. no side effects yet other than lots of energy ... however I noticed the bottle is marked with "MAY CAUSE DIZZINESS" and " this drug may impair the ability to operate a vehicle, vessel, or machinery. Use care until you become familiar with it's effects"... my dr is aware of my profession as a school bus driver and said that it wasn't something I should worry about... Both diet pills are amazing.. I took them 7 yrs ago n lost about 50-60lbs in 6mths size 16-18 down to a 7-8. Also,, the people making the fakes can also copy the markings , so there is no real way to know what is really real until you take one. I've taken belviq twice a day for 3 months (i think- one bottle worth). I didn't refill the RX and now, 4 days later I'm very dizzy and heart is racing. Is this withdrawal from Belviq?
