Today marks one week of being on Belviq. Let me first say I have hypothyroidism which makes me lathargic already. Now I have added Belviq to the mix and functioning normally is a chore. I have also started having nightmares that keep me up throughout the night. I am dizzy and lightheaded all the time. I need to loose weight but if I cannot function I'm not sure how that will happen. Is that true that using redotex affect your thyroid? ## Redotex contains the active ingredient Phentermine, an appetite suppressant used to aid in weight loss. I see nothing listed about any effect on the thyroid. It can cause: nausea, insomnia, irritability and elevated blood pressure. My husband has some dark green capsules in a forskolin bottle. I opened one of the capsules and it contains a light brown powder. I came across a really interesting weight loss article, that I’m seriously considering. I can really identify with the gentleman that reviewed it as I too have not had much luck with keeping weight off & seem to have tried many things with varied success. The science behind it sounds the most interesting, as it talks about it utilizing natural herbs that help block toxins and other chemicals that our body take in that are part of the cause for most people’s weight gain due to the fact that these common toxins we now ingest cause the body to store fat unnecessarily. I've used betametasona clotrimazol gentamicina ( Gelmicin Brand) For years specifically for itching in my crevices due to being overweight. Now a few years later I've have very thin skin in those crevices and I didn't realize that this cream had steroids! Should I assume this is what caused the thinning of my skin? Totally transparent in those areas specifically underneath my breasts. ## It is possible, though there's no way to say with certainty, but Betamethasone has been known to cause skin issues as side effects, including acne, and there are known to worsen with long-term use. Other side effects can include redness, and flaking. Are you on any other medications? Do you use any other creams, or ointments regularly?

I take Bupropion for depression already and it is the second of the active drugs in Contrave. I was concerned about that but the doctor knew I was on it at the time of prescription. I am only on day 3. I feel a tad less bloated and found I lost a pound already. Day 2 wasn't great - had nausea, but it finally passed. I'm wondering if high fat foods bring on nausea as I had 2 modest size servings of pizza but heavy on the cheese. I think that had something to do with it. I'm a little concerned as I kick up in dosage on Contrave with the Buproprion already in my system but we'll see and I'll update. Curious if anyone else uses Buproprion as well. BTW, yes it does curb smoking tendencies. ## The manufacturer does warn that it shouldn't be taken with other medications...
