Hi all. I am about to start low dose Qsymia but also take Prozac, been on for years. Anyone on both medications and any side effects or concerns? ## Yes, there is a warning about combining them, according to the FDA, taking both has been known to cause Serotonin Syndrome, a potentially fatal condition. If you have been instructed to take them both, your doctor should be monitoring you frequently, and you should know to watch for any possible symptoms of it, such as confusion, twitching muscles, heavy sweating, diarrhea, muscle rigidity, high fever, and seizures. My sgpt level was 29 in 2018, 43 in 2019 and 66 in 2021, all other parameters of lft like sgot, ggt are stable. why is this shift in sgpt/alt level. i am feeeling fatigue, weight loss and indigestion, stomach growling and diarrheal symptoms after eating. i have done endoscopy and colonoscopy and reports are fine. i found an orange and black pill (capsule) in my son's room with what looks to be a white 'D' on it ## Unfortunately, after trying several searches I haven't been able to locate a match in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases, nor any related possibilities on google. It very likely that it could be a party drug, a fake pill, or possibly manufactured outside of the U.S. depending on who your son obtained the pill from. If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. I have taken dexona and ciplactin for about 2 years (2 tabs daily). But due to its side effects, like stretch marks and blurry vision, I stopped taking it. After stopping treatment, I am now losing my weight day by day and I have lost my hunger as well. So i started taking cypon syrup for about 3 months. Unfortunately, there is no medication that will do that. Some men just have wandering eyes and aren't satisfied with just one woman. The only thing you can really do is try to do a little more to see if you can keep him interested in you. I've had luck in the past with Adipex while working out and eating better and I’m having a bit of trouble as I’m older losing 30+ lbs from prednisone. Side effects. Does anyone know of a Dr in NY that prescribes phentermine or adipex?

My doctor prescribed to take this as 2 pills 2x per day. Not a ramp up like I read about online - has anyone else done this? I have not started taking the pills yet. ## You really should gradually increase it. It isn't fun gradually, it has to really suck taking it all at once. I would think it could hurt you taking it all straight away. The dr will write the rx for the full amount but either tell the pt to gradually increase or give them a sheet of paper. He gave me a pamphlet from the company that makes it. Ive found this to be common with other medicines that had to be brought up to a full dose over time. I just want to share my adipex expierence. I took the 37.5 mg strength for 3 months and lost 20 pounds. Not the most, but it's a great start. I also started exercising-Zumba 2x a week, walks, swimming, etc. It isn't easy but if you are dedicated you will see results. I was scared to start the medication & searched forums just like these for people's opinions. The medication made my mouth dry (drink lots of water) and sometimes made me jittery/hyper but other than that I felt fine on the medication. My doctor wants me to come back in 6 months to start again (Ohio) but I think I will just continue to drop weight steadily through diet and exercise. I have been taking 1/2 of a 37.5 mg phentermine for about a month now. I have lost 10 lbs and am extremely excited about this. However today while at work my nose started dripping as if it was bleeding. However it was not warm like blood, it was cool just as if my nose was runny. The strange part was it was rust colored, it almost seemed like it was mixed with blood. It only dripped a few times and when I blew my nose there was only a small amount left in there but this happened twice today.
