Diclofenac Na Dr 75mg

Will this drug raise your sodium level or cause problems for someone on blood presssure medications? Can it cause a problem with your kidneys?

The sodium in the name just refers to the type of chemical salt it is derived from, so no, it will not raise your sodium levels.

However, Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and, as such, it is generally not advised to be used by people with high blood pressure, because it can cause fluid retention, which may lead to congestive heart failure.
