I have been nauseated also. Today is my 4th day of these new rx's. ## It is hard to say for sure, drugs will act differently for different people, most side effects though, do wear off after a few weeks of use, after your body adjusts to the new medication. You just started a few days ago, so you sould probably give it more time and see if it starts to taper off. If they get worse, or are particularly bothersome, then please speak to your doctor.

Here's the monograph listing: Januvia Info Click Here ## Thanks for correcting my spelling - I have now found the information I want. ## Very welcome, I am glad you found the information you were looking for, they spell some of these drugs so odd that it makes it hard to find the information. LOL!

I found out i had type 2 diabetes in january of 2006, so my doctor put me on byetta, but i had to stop taking it in june 2006 because of the cost. My insurance doesn't cover it and it costs $187.00. It really helped me and i lost a total of 30lbs. Now i am scared i will gain the weight back. ## Byetta is really only a temporary fix for weight problems anyway, just like various diets, such as weight watchers, Jenny Craig and etc. you have to use it forever to maintain, if you ever go off, then those benefits are lost and the weight is gained back. If you really want a permanent weight loss, then you will need to set up a good diet and exercise plan, this way you can lose the weight in a healthier manner, and keep it off permanently. ## It's not that your insurance won't cover...
What medicial issuss can be acquired by taking glyburide if it is not prescibed by a physician. I was mistakenly given this medicine and took one pill a day for 2 weeks. I experienced extreme fatigue and would like to know if there are any long term or short term medical issues. ## More than likely not, if you were going to have an adverse reaction, you would have had it while you were taking it. This is a diabetes med, since you are not diabetic, it probably lowered your sugar and it didn't need to be lowered so that would explain the fatigue. Otherwise, you may have lost a little weight, as some doctors have now been prescribing it to non-diabetic patients for weight loss.

I found a white pill in my generic asprin bottle and I sent the description to the name on the asprin bottle and still haven't heard anything. The pill is larger than an asprin and has 44 with 183 underneath on one side and nothing on the other side. What is this pill? My husband takes asprin at night and noticed the difference by the feel of the pll, he is diabetic. I am not sure if he would have had a reaction if he accidently took this pill. thank you, Lucy ## Well all pills marked with a 44, followed by additional numbers are manufactured by LNK International, they only make over the counter products that are sold by various stores as their store brand or generics. They do not make any prescription items. Now, I am not sure which it is, since you posted 2 different numbers, in y...
diabetic medication ## Okay, stumped me for a minute, then I realized it should be Exenatide, this is sold under the name brands Exendin 4, Byetta, and others. Here's the monograhp listing where you can find more info: Exenatide Info Click Here This is very new to the US market, and it seems to work really well for some people and to cause awful reactions in others, so please be careful using this, and keep all doctor's appointments. Report any unusual reactions and problems right away, also remember, this is not an INSULIN, it is something that helps control your blood sugar levels by helping to aid your pancreas and augment its control of your blood sugar, so this alone will not control your sugar levels. I have a friend in Texas who has used this with great results, in additi...
White, oval pill. 500 on one side, hourglass and 4435 on other side. My question is: is the the extended release form of Metformin? I'm getting different results, and in past the pills have said XR500. Thanks fo ryour help. ## Yes, since you were obviously already looking at the regular online databases and getting conflicting information, I checked it out in a professional database that I use just so I can answer questions here like this, and yes, it is the extended release version, 500mgs. ## Thanks for that, Vernon. Guess it's just me! D ## LOL! No, not just you, many people have trouble finding the exact information they are seeking on a pill, the internet doesn't make it easy. That is why I am here, and what my job is, to help find the info when someone else has trouble...
turguoise oval tablet 3 22 one side, RDY on other side is different than the lt. blue round pills with 9 3 and 72 56 on them from different pharmacy. oval pills causing lethargy, both were supposed to be generic for amaryl. could 4mg dosage be wrong? ## No, the 4mg dose is not incorrect. Both are 4mg Glimepiride. Not all generics always release the medication exactly the same. Perhaps your system just cant handle the one form. I would talk to the pharmacist or go to a pharmacy that carries the generic that works best with your system.

Pill Image ## I found a white pill with blue spots and it has an A on one side and on the other it has 159 on it. I've been on Metformin for 9 months and have gained weight even though it is supposed to help lose weight. Has anyone else had this problem and/or does Avandia help? ## Yes, I have gained everything back that I had worked so hard to lose, 15 lbs. My doc says it isn't the Avandia, but you can't convince me. I started gaining after I was put on it. ## I HAVE ALSO BEEN ON METFORMIN FOR YEARS...WHEN I STARTED THIS MED IT DID MAKE ME GAIN WEIGHT ALSO....EVEN THOUGH DOCTORS SWEARS IT DOESNT...IT DIDI ## My husband lost from a size 46 to 40, then the doctor put him on avandia and in one month he gained back up to size 46. His new weight doctor told him to get off of the avandia because it does cause weight gain and even states so in the advertisement.
Where can I identify my meds but the imprint on the pill? There doesn't seem to be such a place unless you buy the $95 PDR. How convenient!! ## Yes there is, there are several excellent free sites that you can use, without spending a penny other than what you normally do for you internet connection. Drugs.com >a href= target=top>WallsRx.com RxList Pharmer.org I have made them clickable for you, they will all help in ID's according to imprint, color, size and shape. You can search by all the information or by just the imprint. ## Sorry for error, but the link it still clickable for the correct site.
