USE cialus when ever you want to have sex.This is how I use it,the 20mg tablet,i divide it into 4 parts and take it once a week, i.e one tablet last me atleast a month or 40 days.U only use it when ever u want to have sex.But before you use it make sure u get advice from your medical doctor too as no medication should be taken without the advice and prescribe of your doctor.
