I am 62 living in Pakistan (Punjab), and am diabatic since about last 10 years. Till todate I am enjoying normal life and still on job (office work). The only side effect which I feel some times is tireness at end of working day and very low in sex palying rather near about zero. The sugar lever varies in between 190 to 210. I intake following medicines;-
1. Dismicron plain 1 + 1
2. Tainormin 50 mg half + half
3. Loprin 75 mg 1 + 1
4. Glocophase 500 mg 1 + 1
5. Surbex Zee 1 at evening
6. Gonadil f 1 at morning

I would like to seek valued advise, for better health.

I'm 47 yrs old from Pakistan, married since last 21 yrs. i have one 19 yr son. presently i am suffering from low erection, low motility, low sperm count. i am taking high blood pressure medicine since last 10 yrs. my blood pressure varies from 125/85 and 130/90. i am also suffering from low testosterone level. which is around 160. I also feel little desire for sex. please guide and suggest some medicine.

Advice to ur husband to use following for long time.
Cap Ginsana and Cap Gonadil (F)
1+1 Morning and 1+1 Evening
Note. Strictly avoid to use heating things like tea etc and be habitual to use cold things like juices, curd etc

I took Gonadil-F capsules for the last 5 days for better sexual performance. I took 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening and also used Serbex-Z (only 1) at night...Is this regimen good for me or should I change my routine? I am a 29 year old male and I am married.
