Have a surgery if the tube in your testical is damage repair it and if block and unblock it so the sperm can travel from testicals Go for IVF

Abay bhai, thoda exercise karo daily or 3 times a week, have dry fruits and use Gonadil F for at least 2 months

I used gonadil but after 15 minutes body is shivering and also stomach is painful that's why I haven't use gonadil.

i am having hypogonadotropic hypogonadism problem.
Low testosterone and low Libido,
also low sperm count.
i am on weekly two injection of HCG. Going well. .
full erection and slowly going up.
take HCG if you want to have kids,
if not Try TRT therapy..

I have three daughters and my sperm evaluation results are showing 70 percent. Can I use Gonadil-f to increase my y-chromosomes? Please advise. My first baby was born in March 2012 after 6 months my wife was expecting and that was a baby boy. Unfortunately, he had a disease and we found water in his head and we could not save him. After that, in March 2014, our next baby was born. After one year my wife was expecting again. After 3 months the heart beat of the baby stopped and he was found dead in the mother's belly. After one and half years, Allah J.J gave me a daughter. Now I am going to plan for a baby.

my buddy suggest me this medicine he tell me to use 1 cap at morning after breakfast and 1 cap in night after dinner .. is it correct?

1 cap is enough at a time or must use 2 cap at a time mean 4 cap in a day ..
