Found some small, light orange tablets w/D 87 on one side of the tablet. The other side is blank. The tablet has 5 (five) sides. Know what it is?

This tablet contains 5mgs of Cyclobenzaprine, it's a muscle relaxant.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, headache and dry mouth.
