Cyclobenzaprine & Cyclobenzapar

Is there a difference between Cyclobenzaprine 5 mg tablet and Cyclobenzapar 5 mg tablet, My prescription was written for Cyclobenzaprine and I was given Cyclobenzapar Yellowish orange tablet with 2631 on one side and what looks to be a V on the other side?

There is no difference, someone just has a typo on there that added an extra a to the abbreviation on your prescription label.

Cyclobenzaprine is a muscle relaxant that may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness and dry mouth.

I have to disagree ...but i was getting cyclobenzapar for years and now i get cyclobenzaprine. There are two different generic brands. eg... percocet, roxicet, endocet...all the same, different make.

Cyclobenzapar is a generic to cyclobenzapine and I am on the same stuff it looks weird I know if you want to know why there is a v on your prescription I would ask the pharmacy that.
