Check out HereToHelpProgram.com. 866-973-4373. If you are in financial straits, you can, and most likely are eligible for a once in a lifetime only, card where you get your script free of charge for one year. I did it, but am back to paying again. If you have a cool doctor, like mine, there are $50 off cards you can use once a month and that helps after that year is up. Good luck my friend and stay clean. I understand the struggle. Thank God for Suboxone. I'd probably be dead if it wasn't for bupe.

Hi TinaPatrick. I 'kind of' had the same problem, except instead of disability, I'm a cook, so I understand what it's like to not have much money. I posted a couple times for some other folks about a website/company that is just for opiate addicts and are affiliated with Suboxone. Firstly, the sublingual dissolvable strips are slightly cheaper than the pills. And secondly, those who are 'financially burdened' can apply for a discount through the actual Suboxone company through the a site called "HereToHelp". I was working making $9/hr and wound up getting them for free. The catch? It's only for one year and you can only do it one time. And then that's it. So for 12 months, I got 60 strips a month absolutely free. I lucked out somehow with my original fill up date and wound up getting filled 13 times for free b/c my fill up date on the 13th month wound up being a few days before my card expired. But now I'm back to paying for them. I'm still enrolled in the HereToHelp program so I get emails every now and then about certain programs, offers and simple updates. I've tried all kinds of internet prescription cards but the prescription card I got at my county's Social Services office has given me the best discount out of all of them so far. I DID, however, get a 'script card in the mail from 'RxRelief.com' and it actually was a bit cheaper than the County Card. I pay between $6-$7 each, depending on how many I buy at once(the more you get per visit, the cheaper each one is). Can't find the actual card that I used to get them free, but the number for 'HereToHelp' is: 866-973-4373. Ask to talk to someone about financial assistance in getting your medication and they SHOULD be able to transfer you or at least give you a number. Good luck. I really mean that. I'll certainly post again if I run into something else. Take care and keep it clean.

Hey Jewel. Hope you are still sober and living happily. Anyways, I found a program through the suboxone company called 'HereToHelp.com'. You (& your doctor) fill it out and basically if you're having financial difficulties or don't make much money at your job, they will give you (if you qualify) a card sponsored by HereToHelp and for me, mind you, I recieved my Suboxone(2/day then) absolutely free. The catch is it's offered for just one year and you can only get it once in your lifetime. If you can get on that, and it doesn't take too awfully long(2 weeks, tops) to process it, that'll give you a year to figure something out. Hell, maybe by next summer, these stupid, yet beautiful and life-saving things will be much cheaper. Good luck Sweetheart. Keep it clean. Oh, sorry. And the phone number for HereToHelp is:866-973-4373 and I "THINK" the number to get the form for the free card is: 888-898-4818.

I used to order my seroquel from Canada until the generic came out in the US. Here is the thing though...you can not order scheduled drugs (valid prescription and all) from Canada. There's bogus pharmacies out there...however, the legitimate one's wont let you do it. Narcotic meds arent even in their catalog.

You must have very good insurance. Do you go to a pain clinic or a psychiatrist? Do you know how much you pay in to insurance each month? All that adds up to the price of your suboxone dose each day. For instance, I have a friend that pays $15 for 90 subs, however, he pays around $400/month for insurance. Anyways, don't answer any Q's your not comfortable with...I was just wondering what your situation is.

Stories like this are worrying me. I was on 30/8mg for around $159/month (w/ discountcard). My doctor changed my prescription to the NEW 4mg strips. So, 2 box's of 4mg strips = 1 box of 8mg strips. Here's the big idea though...those 2 boxes that come out to the same dose daily cost me $390 with the discount card. Pissed doesn't even begin to describe it!

I have paid for my doctor visits every month which are 250 and paid 88 a week for my script. You can do the math. Anyways if anyone wants it I have the direct number for the here to help program, which is run through the pharma company that markets suboxone. You can call them and see if you qualify which takes not having insurance and not to sure what the financial limit was. But every suboxone doctor is allowed a maximum of three patients under their care to be enrolled in here to help. What I did was called the program number directly, don't bother asking your doc you don't need him...yet. You give them your info and then they will FAX an application to your sub docs office where you will fill out a portion and your docs office will fill out their part. FAX it back. Call in 2or3 business days and they will let you know the status of your app and if your doc doesn't have his patient maximum filled yet. My doc didn't have ANYONE enrolled so all I had to do was give his name to the here to hep lady and I was approved right over the phone. It took me about three business days to get it all done. I don't have to pay for my suboxone for a year. I'm saving almost 400 a month now. I still pay for the doc visit. But you may get lucky and find one who accept Medicaid or private insurance. If anyone wants any info let me know. FYI YOUR DOCTOR OFFICE WILL NOT TELL YOU THIS WILLINGLY. But like I said you can do it on your own. Good luck!

Just another FYI, the numbers people are posting on here are not for the here to help that they are thinking of. That number is for an online program for emotional support and a relapse strategy. I've got the direct number ..lol I've got it saved on speed dial. If anyone wants it and seriously takes their meds how they are supposed to I've got it for ya. I'm not down for helping ppl get it free just to sell and screwing over the next guy who really wants help and can't afford it. Nope, not I.

Hello my name is Edgar and I'm from San Diego, CA. I used to be on methadone because my insurance didn't cover suboxone. I was wondering if you know of a doctor that will prescribe it to me and if there's an insurance that will pay for the medication? Did this medication really work for you?

Hi Edgar. I'm in Ohio so I'm not familiar with doctors in your area. But look all you need to do is Google suboxone doctors in your area. Then let me know when you find a doctor. Some will only accept cash or credit and some accept Medicaid and private insurance giving you either a copay or no copay at all. Let me know when you find a doctor and I can help you get enrolled in here to help. Good luck! And get it done, methadone is the devil man!

Do you mind telling me who your insurance is through and what your payment options would be if you couldn't use your insurance and had to pay cash? If your not comfortable with that info, I understand!

Thanks for that info it really has me wondering about the program you were talking about "Here To Help", you think I should tell them or mention that I'm on Medical and that I receive SSI? You think it will affect me in receiving financial help for Subuxone? Can you please give me a suggestion asap I would really appreciate that, thank you so much. Hope to hear from you soon ...
