I am taking lupisulin m30 70 100 iu ml, this insulin 12 units in morning and 10 units in evening 30 minutes before lunch and dinner respectively. Along with this I am taking Jalra M 50mg/500mg twice a day before meals. Also I am taking Glimisave2, Optisulin, and Razel F5. Nusar50 for BP. After consuming all these medicines my sugar level is not in control. I am going for walks in the early morning, 7 kms. in 1 hour. This is what I do regularly. Help me. How can I control my sugar levels?

What types of foods do you eat? The NIH lists your diet as being very important for controlling your blood sugar. You need to keep your diet as low in fats, and sugar, as possible. They can both elevate your blood sugar levels.

What levels have your sugars been tested at recently?

Do you get a lot of proper exercise?
