And the rather obscure imprint leads me to doubt it's any prescription medication, it's most likely an over the counter product of some type. I found a pill that is round, brown/cream color & no imprint. Any ideas? ## With no imprint I can say that it is definitely NOT codeine manufactured in the US. Basically all drugs manufactured here are required to carry unique markings so that they can be easily identified. With that said, it could very well be an over the counter supplement, or perhaps even something from overseas. All in all I'd say to dispose of it. Safety first! Or if you want to spend a hefty amount of $$ you can pay a lab to analyze it, but I doubt that'd be worth your time. Hope this helps! I'm 65, have 2 herniated (mildly) discs, l4 and l5S1-also, lumbo-sacral degenerative disc disease, disc bulge and hypertrophic arthropathy producing mild spinal stenosis at L3-4 and L5-S1. I was prescribed Tylenol 3 for pain. I went to a friend's house over the weekend and forgot my meds. I was in pain and my friend (was drinking, I was not) could not drive and I was in to much pain to drive myself. I took 2 Norco's to get me through the rest of the day until I could get home... low and behold I find myself subject to a random urinalysis 38 hours later. Would this be enough time for the Norco to clear my system (I stay well hydrated)? There are many available that don't contain Codeine, just to give you some examples of opiate ones… Dilaudid, Opana, Oxycontin and Morphine are some. Meant to be 20mg of codeine phosphate but i've only ever seen white codeine pills that are quite small and not shiny. Looks a bit like a Smartie but a bit bigger! Dear sir, I am a 31 year old man. I am taking corex syp 100 ml 4 to 6 file daily from last 3 years. Now I can't live without codeine. The difference between cheap/inexpensive 10/325 mixing and the process of centrifuging determines the strength of a 10/325. To take 10 milligrams of codeine and 325 milligrams of acetaminophen and mix them together only produces acetaminophen and codeine. Centrifuging coaleses and bonds the ingradients together to make a much more robust and potent medication. So, the difference is coalescing rather than mixing.
