Clonazepam Help Me (Page 8)

I have always used the same brand of clonazepam. However they changed what is in the medication. I've been gravely ill because my body can't take the change. Now I want to not take it any longer because it's making me ill. How can I detox slowly if I don't have a decent batch of clo that agrees with me? If anyone has any real information please let me know. I'm ill feeling every day if I take it it makes me ill and get withdrawal If I don't take it I get still getting withdrawal.

Sarah, I do not take any more than I have to. It's s seems like a lot when the psy doctor trust many different things and they are all piled up in,my closest, because I could not take Side effects. On a regular basis I take the Adderall, Xanax, Klonopin. and Paxil. My other stomach meds are an as needed for ulcers and I B S, then this infection and Yeast flared up then I had to take that.

Jacqueline, That's good to know. Because I'm seriously concern about interactions, withdrawal, side effects, allergic reactions etc. I will be going to the chapel at 3 p.m. today. Não é relaxante, ao contrário de todos os outros benzodiazepínicos, com exceção ao clordiazepóxido, que age de forma semelhante ao clonazepam. Tive que voltar ao diazepam, que é relaxante, porém muito fraco 1/10 mg. Não eficaz para ansiedade, apenas controla a abstinência. Não sei se mudou a composição do clonazepam.

Good morning Sarah, when I listed my routine meds I left out my heart med. I also wanted to clear up I was not stopping Diflucen, the doctor doubled the strength and told me to keep taking it twice a week. I would be so grateful it that is the answer to my burning mouth. I read over what I had written and you have to excuse words that are in the conversation that don't belong. This phone is doing its own correction and it's actually making a mistake in what's intended. I was not able to understand the last message that was posted but I would like to hear from people who have experienced things like burning mouth and depression and they may give some thoughts on side effects that happened to them. I especially like to hear from you because of your prayers and faith. I am so country when I think of the state your in I can't image an area that a person could take walks like going to the chapel etc. Be safe and God Bless

Hi Jacqueline, I just wanted you to know that my sister who takes Zoloft also gets dry mouth and I've experienced it with the Teva brand of clonazepam. And my friend who takes Lipitor also gets dry mouth. That seems to be one of the main side effects on most medications. Not sure if yours is due to the infections in your eyes and throat. I certainly hope that you're infections are clearing up for you. They have a special mouth washes, biotene, that's suppose to help with dry mouth. I'm not sure how well it works because I haven't tried it. Again hoping that you have a better day today. God be with you.

After reading your posts it seems quite confusing to follow. I don't know how you've attached brand names to types of medications you are taking. By law they must be equal in strength and active ingredient. Rather than trying to second guess all of them how about taking them all exactly as prescribed by your MD? I find patients can attach themselves to effects and brands and there's just no relationship other than a placebo effect. That's a false feeling the mind makes up. So to keep things clear be sure to follow EXACTLY how they are prescribed and never look at the manufacturer. If you do that pretty soon none will work to your satisfaction. Let's also clarify some things. Klonazapam is also Clonazepam both are the same thing and are made to prevent seizures. They are given for anxiety because they have a much less "good feeling" or addictive profile, compared to others. It takes anxiety to normal. That's what it is reported to do so MD's are ordering that as off label. Paxil is an antidepressant. If you take paxil it is for depression although it may have a slight help for anxiety in some people but rarely (if at all) prescribed for anxiety alone. The person that takes adderal should lower the dose according to the exact amount that is prescribed and take it only in the morning. Adderall rarely is given alone for depression because it has a depressant phase when it wears off within 24 hours. It has a long half life and if you miss a dose in the morning do not take a makeup dose later in the day unless you plan to be awake all night. The main thing I'm reading here is that liberties are being taken regarding dosages and times the meds are prescribed. Any time you feel you need to change something always pass it through your MD otherwise they are not able to follow if you are up or down or sideways. There is a specific way each of these meds are made for and it takes years of study and experience to adjust dosages for positive effects. The last thing you want to be doing is checking on which brand or which pharmacy makes it stronger or "makes me sick" because that thinking sabotages what any good medication is able to provide. It's tough talk but so true. When you realize you are not licensed to manipulate anything about a medication and the psychiatrist is, the effects and side effects will normalize for you. Otherwise what is the point of taking any of them if you don't take as prescribed?

I would like to advise you my physician gave me several prescriptions for 3 Adderall in order to find a generic that I could tolerate. I don't check to see which one is the strongest, I check for the different side effects that they cause. Believe me each one I tried worked differently. And yes Adderall is used for treatment resistant depression and has been used in urgent cases to prevent suicide in some people. My dosage is three times a day. And I give it credit for saving my life when I was going through severe depression a couple of years ago. I asked to stop it at that time not my physician. It helps the anxiety as well. As for as Paxil it has been approved for anxiety. It does nothing for my depression. My physician knows all about how these generic manufacturers are causing his patients whom have been stable on brand name and now they are having problems when they were switched. I do not exceed my dosages he prescribed and I certainly don't write asking which medication brand will give you the biggest buzz. I am very sensitive to antidepressants and that's one reason I am only taking a teaspoon of the Paxil each day, it has been the only one that will allow me to use less Klonopin. I don't know what side of the bed you got up on but I would go lay back down and try the other.

Idk what it is but Sandoz is TERRIBLE! As I wrote regarding Sandoz (when I have gotten my ads and unfortunately been given this manufacturer instead of Teva or pretty much anyone else) I feel like this company puts an enormous amount of the "pill glue" whatever it's referred to specifically, the stuff that holds and molds meds and basically "glues" the pieces (if you will) of the actual medication together. I feel like I am ingesting more than what the "dr ordered" which is unhealthy, extremely in fact! Especially if your body is used to a certain amount of whatever substance and the certain amount of any other "foreign" things ingested. Meaning chemically your body is accustomed to a specific amount of the "drug" as well as what type of other "glue" etc within each doseage (ex: 1mg klonopin manufactured by "MYLAN" may be like 85% of the "benzodiazepine" and 15% of what is used to form it into a pillclonazepam script same as usual or originally, BUT ASK HIM TO the box where it states something about "BRAND NAME ONLY" that way u can be 100% + EVERY SINGLE TIME NO MATTER WHERE U GET IT FILLED AT that it'll always come from the same place and will affect you the same. It's a bit more pricey BUT it's worth it especially comparing the $ That's been wasted on everything else y'all have tried. I hope this helps, at least y'all know that there are more people who feel the same about SANDOZ BC THEY SUUUUUUUUUCK!!! Take care and God bless.

Hi Sarah, if you get a chance read #147. I don't know what brought all that on but if the last part of the name means RN I don't want him to nurse me. I know what I am taking and I definitely research what the medicine is used for. Paxil is approved by the FDA for anxiety which he says is not for that and as for as attaching brand names you and I both know the brands of Klonopin we have taken and the side effects we had. Then he goes so for as to say Adderall is only once a day. If we don't pay attention to the brands no one will. It was you and I who ended up in the hospital. But most importantly, my physician understands the problem with generics. I wanted to tell you I knew a lot of antidepressants caused dry mouth, but this one teaspoon a day of Paxil is not the culprit in my burning mouth. But I have just about bought the store out of biotene mouth moisture spray and a couple of other brands to. I tried rinsing with the aloe Vera and the coconut. They both tasted horrible. But I'll keep using. They did a Candida Allergen Antibody test yesterday. But I was upset over his remarks since my doctor knows how my body reacts. Hope your doing good, God Bless an Be Safe.

Well put and well deserved, love it! : ) Now to get back to how you are feeling today. I hope that your eyes and throat infection are showing improvement and that you will soon be able to pick up the right Adderall. On 9/11 I walked almost five miles home until my friends saw me and drove me the rest of the way. I was pretty numb and I think the walk helped relieve the stress. As always you are in my prayers. You are certainly welcomed, The day that I walked five miles home was 15 years ago on 9/11 and the streets were crowded with people walking home from the city. And yes I live in a pretty safe neighbor, if there is such a thing. There is crime everywhere but we can't live in fear. God Bless America and all the heroes and victim of 9/11.

Good morning to you also. At first I did not connect you walking five miles with the 9-11 attack. I just automatically thought you had to walk yesterday. Last night I was noticing the TV and not being able to make out the writing so I covered one of my eyes then the other and tried to read my phone and all I could see was the outline of the phone nothing on the screen. They will probably take care of it tomorrow but I want to know why it happened the start with. I just had this cataract surgery about a year ago. I will keep you informed and you let me know how you are doing. I have tried Zoloft in the past but was not able to take that either. Hope other message gets to you. God Bless

Sarah, quick note. In case you do not hear from me tomorrow my surgery guide said vision will be blurry several days. Next I picked up Teva's name brand NDC 57844-120-01. I took one dose. Within minutes it felt like my heart would be out of chest. The label don't mention about being name brand it just says TEVA repacker. I tried to text FDA to find out if this was an actual Teva product or if they packaged for someone else. The pill imprint is dp 20. The other Teva I had wasn't working real well but it didn't do my chest that way. If you have any spare time would you try and compare the NDC code I gave plus my Teva 54092-0377 imprint B 974. Two pharmacist says they are both the same but the cost of these today was over 300.00. We are going to have to do some praying to find something that will work for me. The Paxil is helping a little but not like it use to. Like I said it don't help my depression and the Adderall that I was using prior to May is all gone. I was scrapping pieces until now. That is the one that was recalled and in the meantime TEVA bought them out and no longer available. God Bless You.

Jacqueline, I just notice something, if you go to your comment # 156 and tap on the highlighted ndc # it will give you the ingredients for that ndc# I think that is the ingredients for the dp20. Hope that that helps you.I know it may be difficult for you to see clearly for a few days. Please don't try to strain your eyes.

Hi Sarah, I am home but the reading is wearing off and the eye really hurts. Don't worry about researching anything. Those numbers were pill imprint logos. I am afraid to take the 1:00 dose because of the severe increase in blood pressure. In the meantime CVS called and said they had gotten the Sandoz 20mg. It's too late now since I just filled other script. Thanks for your prayers I am really hurting right now and I will be back in touch with you as soon as possible.
