does this medicine interfere in any way with Citalopram or Lisinopril? ## Yes, there are some problems with taking Ketorolac with the other medications. It can increase the potential toxicity of both the Citalopram and the Lisinopril and they will also increase the toxicity of it, so they all potentiate each other, which could be dangerous. Additionally, the Ketorolac reduces the effectiveness of the Lisinopril, so it may not work as well at controlling blood pressure and cardiac conditions. will the use of citalopramhbr have an adverse affect on kidneys? ## Based on my research, Citalopram is not recommended for people with severely decreased kidney function, as it has been known to cause mild to moderate renal impairment (kidney failure) in some individuals. how is it possible to take 15mg of citalopram? I was on 10 but felt flat then moved to 20 mg whihc gave me headaches so it been suggested that 15mg would help but since the tablet come in 10 mg 20mg and 40mg i have no idea how to take 15mg ## @netty, Based on your individual needs, I think it would be wise to go ahead and talk to your doctor about the option of cutting your pills into fractioned dosages. I'm diabetic and suffer with an anxiety disorder. ## I am diabetic also and have been taking this pill for 4 years now. I also take cholesterol pills, blood pressure pills and thyroid pills. My diabetes consists of taking insulin. I have had NO problem with this pill, other than some diarrhea at first. It takes about a month to get used to it. It has helped me through some rough stress in my life. Everyone is an individual, so this is my experience, but for me, I am fine with it. I get blood tested every 3 months. They have found nothing abnormal.

From what I've heard, the FDA permits generic formulas to vary by as much as 20% from the active ingredients in brand formulas. Were you prescribed this medication? I've been given a generic before without my knowledge, I don't think it's uncommon but it is quite frustrating! Any feedback on this tablet? ## I got a prescription refill for citalopram hbr 40 mg. The new tabs have different markings (MX33 vs RDY 344 on the old) and are half the size of the old. Can they be the same medication/dosage? Thank you. ## Yes it IS celexa but that specific form isnt working, so be careful. Search for it on the internet and you will find the reports. Small ovel white tabet, bl written on one side 20 written on the otherside ## i have small white round tablets with B L on 1 side and 10 on the other called domperidome , they are to stop me being sick , dont know if that helps . ## Small White oval tablet. BL on one side. 20 on the other. I have the same tablets. They are 20mg Citalopram. Its an antidepresent and can also be used to help alleviate the symptoms of panic attacks, anxiety disorders, etc. Extreme care should be taken if addressing this with someone, given their already-fragile state.

I have been on 20mg of citalopram for 3months for axiety helped a bit but av got terible jaw clensing an still feel anxious will this get better xx ## No, it isn't likely to change if it's been 3 months, it usually only takes 4 to 6 weeks for it to reach its full effectiveness in the body and for the side effects to taper off. I would speak with your doctor about what you are experiencing so that maybe he can help you through the process. I have been taking citalopram10mg for 4days now along with 400mg tramadol (100mg 4xaday) and 6mg diazepam. My depression has lifted however my anxiety has increased and I can't sleep. I'm due to increase my citalopram to 20mg in 3 days but not sure if this is a good idea.
