i have a cholesterol problem and im taking vidastat almost a year. is there a possibility that taking this medicine can lessen my sperm count?...tnx! ## No, Simvastatin does not usually affect your sperm count, however, it can sometimes cause erectile dysfunction, as a side effect, though it is not a common occurrence. Whit oval pill ATV 40 on one side APO on the other. What is it??? ## Are you certain the marking includes a 40? If so, then this tablet contains 40mgs of Atorvastatin, which is most commonly used to help lower cholesterol. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and joint/muscle aches. I believe the pill is a form of Simvastatin. The C03 is on one side and the LL is on the opposite ## The pill in description is Simvastatin (20 mg).
