Chest Pain Wakes Me Up At Night
UpdatedHi! I've been taking Seroquel 200mg for 3 weeks and it's been alright, but something is happening at night that's become a concern. I wake up feeling like my chest is tightening, and I can't get comfortable. It's hard to explain. I just feel a tightness throughout my body, and my body keeps tossing and turning due to discomfort. Anyone else have a similar reaction? Is this normal?

The FDA does report that this medication has been known to cause chest pain as a side effect in some people that take it, along with muscle aches, inability to sit or lie still, restlessness, and weight changes.
Are you on any other medications?
Anytime it concerns chest pain, it is always best to have it checked out by your doctor to be safe.
