Na po ako at 5'0 lang ata ang height ko and i am girl po. Ang tinetake ko po na cherifer is yung pgm yun pong capsule pero napansin ko parang ang konte lang ng tinangkad ko nung summer. Hindi naman ako masyadong payat at hindi rin naman mataba kumbaga tama lang ang size, umiinom din ako ng gatas at ang e-exercise pero bakit po parang ambagal? Ano po bang dapat kong gawin?

Sinubukan ko mag-Cherifer kaso paputol-putol ang intake ko because of being busy sometimes. So I took days, weeks or months before to take it again. 5'8 ako last year, but I'm now 5'9. siguro kung bibilangin ko lahat ng nainom ko mga isa't kalahating box na. Nakadepende kasi ako sa baon ko kaya minsan paputol-putol saka parang sumasakit yung tiyan ko kahit one hour pagkatapos ko kumain 'to iniinom. Susubukan ko ulit ito nang walang tigil. Ang tanong, bakit pa ako umiinom pa nito kung 5'9 na ako? Sagot, gusto ko ma-maximize ang height ko kahit hanggang 6'1 lang. Mahirap talaga maging "maliit dahil noong elementary ako maliit din ako kaya laging nasa unahan ng pila. T_T

Yes. I think it is effective but not for everyone. But for me it's effective. I grow 1 inch every week (not exactly 1 inch).

Effective naman sya. Pero mas effective sya pag tinake between 12 - 14 years old tsaka dapat tinetake 1 or 2 hours before you sleep (it gives you energy so don't take it right before you sleep). So yun nga tinake ko sya bago matulog and i'm 13 years old at natangkad ako about mga 0.5 inch every 3 days or 1 inch every week.
Conclusion: Effective sya pag tinake mo pag nasa kalagitnaan ka ng puberty. At dapat itetake 1 to 2 hours before you sleep.

Base on my Learning in Science about Growth
The Chromosomes Contains DNA of your mother and father and the Daughter Cells which is us we inherit the Characteristic of our mother and Father if the Side of your Mother has taller guy and if your father side has taller guy too you have chance to Grow every year,,, For me ask your mother and Father first if there sides has a taller guy thats the time you take this... this is so usefull in my Basketball try outs it makes me feel comfortable in my try out because of my height :))
