Hi! I don't think It's 5'9 eh. My aunt which is a flight stewardess at PAL told me na 5'4 is okay na while 5'6 for men. Wow you're really tall! I'm 5'5 16 years old.

14 years old.
Gender:Male
my parents are short , they both 5'2 .
nung grade 7 po ako , 2nd po akong pinakamatngkad sa room namen :) 156cm
pero ngayong grade 9 166 cm nauunahan na ako ng iba kong classmate :(
pwede po ba akong mas tumangkad by taking cherifer pgm 10-20 with zinc?
and playing basketball + dringking milk twice a day?

then umiinom ako ng Cherifer PGM tapos may iba pa akong tinatake .. magiging effective pa rin ba yung Cherifer ? tatangkad pa rin ba ako ? yung ibang tinitake ko pampa-slim yung REDOX FAT .. pero yung Cherifer iniinom ko sa umaga tapos yung redoxfat naman ay sa gabi .. pwede pa rin ba yun ? magiging effective pa rin ba yun? tatangkad pa rin ba ako ? i need your reply plsss....

Gusto ko po sana tumangkad pa, kac im 17 years old and 4'11 lng ang height ku.. Gusto ku po sanang tumanggkad kahit hanggang 5'3 lng .. Effective po ba ang cherifer pgm?

ate Arabela ... pa help namn po ako dati 2inch. growth ko nung 11-13years old ngayong 14 years old po eh 1 inch. ata
Nagtatake po ako ng cherifer ngayong 14 na ako every night plus exercise (basketball) at umiinom po ako ng milk
My father and Mother is both 5'2
Male po ako
5'6 or 5'5 1/2 height ko with shoes

Hi Im 14 years old i drink chefifer pgm with zinc,and normal pgm I'm (5,8) in height i have been taking this for about 2 weeks for now and I gain an inch,but I have notice some side effect on it that when I mesure my height I'm still on my old height and I notice that I have that weird feeling that i have to eat even if I'm not hungry and I think I'm gaining w8 cu'z my weight And I'm beggining to think i should stop this but my coach in basketball tells me that i should take more of it to gain 6,3 in height when i get older what should I do guyz help plss :(

I do think so. I have two friends who takes Cheriffer. Yung isa, 1 year na sya nagte-take, i think 5'4 lang sya before, ngayon naman, 5'7 na sya. Sabi nya effective daw yun. Yung isa ko namang friend, tumangkad daw talaga sya dahil dun. Kaso feeling nya daw nataba sya, hahahaha, which is i think, normal naman. So, yun. Nagte-take din ako ngayon, kaso mga 1 week pa lang. :))

Yes, I can assure you that it is really effective. I'm 171 cm/5'7 ft. I'm 14 years by the way. I started using Cherifer PGM approximately last 4 months, I was 13 at that time and my height was 165 cm (5'5 or something maybe) and my mom is 5'1 and my dad is 5'8 (yes, they're short)

I advice you to drink 2-3 glasses of milk daily and eat a lot of food that contains zinc and protein. That's all, good luck :)
