Hello, I just wanna ask if effective ba tlaga ung cherifer pgm 'coz I wanna gain height. I'm a girl, running 19 and I'm only 4"11 tall.. I'm tired of wearing wedges and stilettos in order to look taller than my actual height..I wanna wear flat footwear.. Can cherifer help me?

Im 14 yrs old my height is 5'0 bago ko mag cherifer. Tapos mga 1 month nadagdagan ng 1 inch ung height ko. May kakalase din akong babae na nag checherifer simula palang 10 yrs old (14 na siya ngayon) at ang tangkad niya para sa age niya mga 5'4 siguro eh ung nanay at tatay niya naman di katangkaran at ung mga babae niyang kapatid natangkaran na niya
Ang tip ko lang sainyo ay continous ung pag inom niyo ng cherifer dont skip any day at proper diet para di tumaba. im still taking cherifer and hoping gain more height

I'll try to answer your question but first, let me put everything in proper perspective. There is really no wonder drug, herbal or synthetic medicine, nor vitamins that can dramatically increase your height. No. 1 factor is genetics, most probably, race of the person. As a Filipino, to begin with, on an average, we are not a tall race. So if you come from a family of mostly short members, you cannot expect too much that you are going to be any different. Other factors that may affect your height is nutrition, but still it's not going to be much of help if you are genetically destined to be short. 3rd factor is exercise or engaging in sports or physical activities but it will not give you significant height improvement either. Ample sleep and good sleeping habits is another factor which can help you improve your height just a bit. Genetically, we are "wired" to have minimum and maximum height potential. But with poor nutrition, lack of exercise, and insufficient sleep, we might not reach that maximum height potential. In conclusion, you might gain an extra inch or two by doing everything that may help you grow taller but if you come from a family that is vertically challenged, you can only hope that you do not fall "short" of your chances to get the height that you can realistically reach.

Yes... its a food supplement and has 2 posible outcome. Its either you grow taller or fatter. Proper diet should be observed.

From 5'7 to 5'10 in one year! :D
My dad is 5'6 my mother is 5'5
Ganito lang po!
Sa umaga stretching kayo, then inom ng isang basong gatas (full cream milk, preferred ko yung magnolia masarap.)

After lunch inom ulit isang basong milk.

Pag matutulog na kayo saka kayo uminom cherifer, yung may Zinc. Milk ulit isang baso.
(NOTE: Dapat may laman tiyan niyo, wag gatas at cheriferpgm+zinc lang at baka sumakit tiyan niyo. Always eat rice with ulam.)

Note: Tataba kayo talaga, 50killo lang ako nun 62kilo na ako. Sinabay ko sa pag gygym.


I'm 18 now, 17 ako nag start! TIWALA LANG! :)
Eto nag effect sakin try niyo lang!

im 19. 4'10 in height. started drinking cherifer pgm. itll really make u fat, like legit, if you dont constantly excercise.
since its a food supplement, itll make you want to eat more and that will bring you more energy... FOR EXCERCISING. So make sure that you have control over what you eat.

I realized that after drinking it for a week.
but the following weeks, started exercising ( jogging, cardio, taebo , dancing,jump rope ).
Youll see the effect after a few months as you get fit. Going 4'11 and a half.

there's still hope pala after puberty. lol.
