The effectivity of nutrition supplements depends on many other factors, so you should not rely only in this supplement to expect growth.
Given enough and proper diet, you can more likely gain weight, just eat proper amounts of calories and proteins from meats,milk and nuts.
Also make sure to sleep 8-9 hours everyday because sleep is where most growth takes place.
Avoid stress, it releases cortisols that hinders growth.
The zinc in some cherifers also boost testosterone levels that promotes musxle and bone growth.
Stretching can train your muscle but will minimally increase height.
Height also depends on genetics, so just learn to accept what you have if nothing happens despite your efforts.
And I think it doesnt much matter what time you take this supplement, it will be in your system anyways , it wont leave that fast.

Para sakin effective, 6'0 lang ako bago ako uminom, pero same din tayo nagbabasketball eh, height is might talga haha, nung tinry ko almost 2-3 weeks na ata, pagcheck ko nang height ko 6'1 1/2 na, balak ko sana umabot ng 6'4-6'6.
Basta wag ka lang magpuyat at magbisyo pre, every morning stretching ka, good nutrition or healthy diet talaga, and twice a day ako umiinom, mid-morning at evening after dinner 1-2 hours bago matulog, at saka basketball ka lang araw2, nakakatulong din ata sa tingin ko kasi talon ng talon eh. gumagamit po ako ng cherifer 15 na po ako, 1 week na akong gumagamit, nag stestretching at diet din po ako kasi ang sabi saakin ng classmates ko nakakataba din daw, iniinom ko siya bago matulog sumasakit naman ang ulo ko. May effect na po ba ito pagkatapos ng 2 months?

The Chromosomes Contains DNA of your mother and father and the Daughter Cells which is us we inherit the Characteristic of our mother and Father if the Side of your Mother has taller guy and if your father side has taller guy too you have chance to Grow every year,,, For me ask your mother and Father first if there sides has a taller guy thats the time you take this... this is so usefull in my Basketball try outs it makes me feel comfortable in my try out because of my height :))
