Is Cherifer Pgm 10-22 effective? I'm 5'7 height and play basketball.

Hi :0 Im a girl, may possibility pa poba ako tumangkad?..nahhiya ksi ako sa heigt ko 152cm or 5'1 lng ako..cguro..gusto ko pa pong tumangkad.. pa kahit mga 5'6 manlang kasi parang medyo bumagal yung pagtangkad ko because lock of rest lging busy sa school laging kulang ang tulog ko.. nag take ako ng cherifer this time sa tingin nyo effective kaya ito? iniimom ko sya gabi before eating dinner please reply this thank you so much
