The comments were pretty convincing. I really wanted to gain height because I am the shortest in the family and my cousins laugh at me because of my height, 4"11. My mom is matangkad naman even my Dad and Kuya while I stayed like this and it really made me deppressed kasi pakiramdam ko napag-iwanan ako ng panahon, I hope the other comments are real. Anong type ng CPGM po ba yung binili niyo? Yung capsules 10-22 yrs old or yung with zinc?

Hi .. Im, 13 years old my height is 5 flat and my mom and dad bought me Cherifer PGM 10-22 Last Night ... sana maging effective yun kasi gusto ko maging 5'7 or 5'8 eh .. ang alam ko kapag gabi magandang inumin yun kasabay ng milk tapos daw you should sleep on a thin pillow only or better walang unan ... hay.. sana lang mag effect kasi i will be in tv and i have to be tall para maganda sa TV .. :) kapag nag effect to mag vovolunteer ako maging model nito :)))

Hi Guys, I'm 13 yrs. Old at I am standing at 5'7, at ang parents ko 5'5 and 5'6 lng. Ang vitamins ko nung 5-7 yrs old pa ako ay cherifer syrup. At hindi pa ako naka take nang cherifer pgm. Effective po ba talaga tohhh? Kasi gusto ko pa tumangkad.

Wow!! Cherifer is really effective.. I've been taking this for only 4 days. And now I see the result.. many says that I increase 1 inch in my height.. I'm so proud of it.

Here are my tips if you want to grow tall faster. And tips for those who taking cherifer pgm like me.

Drink milk regularly. Cause milk contains calcium so that you will have strong bones.. and milk can help you grow taller.
The most important is to have better posture every time you seat and walk cause having better posture can practice your spine to be more stronger. And it is also good to your health.
Do stretching, stretching will do so.... especially the gymnastics stunts.. cause doing these will practice your vertebrae on your spine and will make you grow tall faster. As you observed all gymnastic player are tall. You can do these stretching at home ( search: exercises to grow taller) .
The most important is to have 8-10 hours of sleep. Because as you sleep the HGH or human growth hormone is active..

Dapat kung uminom kayo ng kahit anong pampatangkad wag Lang inom ng inom dapat may gawa para mabilis kayong tumang at pera na din Hindi nasayang ang qpera nyo .... at kung nagtataka kayo na umiinom kayo tumataba kayo . Syempre kasi ang cherifer pgm ay vitamins/food supement kaya malaki any posilbility na tataba kayo kaya I recommend you to do the stretching ako ginawa ko yan at Hindi naman ako tumaba kaya mabilis any pagtangkad.. kasi pag slim ka at Hindi ka mataba malaki ang posilbility na tatangkad ka.

I hope na makatulung any tips na binigay ko.... kasi I tried it and I'm very happy for the result.... thank you din as cherifer because it helps me a lot . And I'm excited to be a flight attendant:-) :-) :-) :-)

hi im 14 yrs old and my height is 5'4. gusto kung tumaas ng 2 inches ,is it effective taking cherifer pgm ? gusto ko po kasi maging flight attendant and nakita ko na ang required height is 5'9.... my possibility po ba akong tumangkad taking cherifer pgm.and ilang months inumin para lumabas ang result ng height ko , kung tumaas ba ako? :)

before i take cherifer pgm.. can anyone please confirm to me that it really does work.. and please instruct me how to take it properly so i won't gain much weight coz i have read a lot about gaining more weight instead of weight ...
btw i'm 14 and my height is 4'11 and also it's in my family inheritance to be tall both sides... so what happened to mine???

Hi :) Is Cherifer pgm really effective 'cause I'm actually planning to take some because I'm pretty conscious of my height. I am only 4'11, 14 years old and girl. The majority of my classmates are tall and I'm somehow left out somehow because of that. I'm turning 15 this coming September. My dad is tall though, but my mom isn't.
