Hi ako si Genaro ako ay 13 years old at ang height ko ay 5'5 gusto ko sanang maging 6 footer, makakatulong kaya ang cherifer.Naglalaro din ako ng basketball.

Hi Im 14 years old i drink chefifer pgm with zinc,and normal pgm I'm (5,8) in height i have been taking this for about 2 weeks for now and I gain an inch,but I have notice some side effect on it that when I mesure my height I'm still on my old height and I notice that I have that weird feeling that i have to eat even if I'm not hungry and I think I'm gaining w8 cu'z my weight And I'm beggining to think i should stop this but my coach in basketball tells me that i should take more of it to gain 6,3 in height when i get older what should I do guyz help plss :(

Nagtatake po ako ng cherifer ngayong 14 na ako every night plus exercise (basketball) at umiinom po ako ng milk

Gusto ko po sana tumangkad pa, kac im 17 years old and 4'11 lng ang height ku.. Gusto ku po sanang tumanggkad kahit hanggang 5'3 lng .. Effective po ba ang cherifer pgm?

So yung ebook na sinasabi dyan if im not mistaken yan ay growtaller4idiot kaso mahal. Meron isang particular ebook which is dynamic height enhancer pinoy gumawa nyan. sa dynamic height enhancer madaming supplements nakalista na mabibili nyo over the counter like example glucosamine and colostrum at marami pa plus may cocktail pa yan na ikaw gagawa for HGH. HGH lang naman kase ang importante yan ang nagpapatangkad talaga i dont know kung meron ang cherifer nun. Pero kung ung DHS ang gagamitin ko more or less aabutin ng 150 ang supplements pero guaranteed ang height within 6 weeks or more. talagang need mo maghintay. Kaso medyo nagtitipid ako kaya try ko muna ang cherifer kasi 17 pesos lang plus diet and streching/yoga. Pag hindi gumana saka palang ako mag DHS ung nasa ebook. Ang height ko nga pala as today is 5'5 17 years old. my mom is 4'10 my dad is 5'2. Di ko alam kung bakit medyo matangkad ako pero ang goal ko is 5'10. pag gumana saken ang cherifer update konalang kayo.

Hi I am 20 yrs old .. 5'1 yung height ko .. dahil dun ako nagmana sa mama ko .. '

then umiinom ako ng Cherifer PGM tapos may iba pa akong tinatake .. magiging effective pa rin ba yung Cherifer ? tatangkad pa rin ba ako ? yung ibang tinitake ko pampa-slim yung REDOX FAT .. pero yung Cherifer iniinom ko sa umaga tapos yung redoxfat naman ay sa gabi .. pwede pa rin ba yun ? magiging effective pa rin ba yun? tatangkad pa rin ba ako ? i need your reply plsss....

my parents are short , they both 5'2 .
nung grade 7 po ako , 2nd po akong pinakamatngkad sa room namen :) 156cm
pero ngayong grade 9 166 cm nauunahan na ako ng iba kong classmate :(
pwede po ba akong mas tumangkad by taking cherifer pgm 10-20 with zinc?
and playing basketball + dringking milk twice a day?

Effective talaga tong Cherifer CGF last 2009 i only have a height of 147cm ang liit ko? wala pa ako tinatake na Vitamins hanggang sa unti-unti kong na discover na bumagal aking pagtangkad 2013 wala pa rin. so nagsimula na akong gumamit ng Cherifer CGF at effective talaga ngayon 151cm na yeyy :) Sabayan lang ng stretch2 exercise sa umaga then mas effective to inumin sa umaga wag sa gabi kasi mahihirapan kayung matulog maboboost yung energy. Mas mabuti Cherifer sa umaga before or after meal, tapos sa gabi milk. NOTE: this will not effect if you don't do exercise. :)

Hi! I don't think It's 5'9 eh. My aunt which is a flight stewardess at PAL told me na 5'4 is okay na while 5'6 for men. Wow you're really tall! I'm 5'5 16 years old.

I'm 5'7, 18y/o, Male, and planning to buy Cherifer PGM 10-22 w/ Zinc. I know in myself that I haven"t reach my maximum height, so I just want to know when is the right time to take it? Is it before or after meal of Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner? Also, do you take it once or twice daily? I hope that somebody will post the right way of taking it.

I will give my feedback after 2 weeks or 1 month of taking it. ??
