guyz effective po ang cherifer pgm with zinc 2 weeks plang akong umiinom 5'2 ang height ko nging 5'3 bukod sa cherifer dapat my diet and stretching pag umaga.inumin nyo bago mtlog para umeffect.btw im 16 yrs old men

haha it work on me just take it in 3 weeks and i increase 3 inch and half yay for cherifer im only 15 years old my height now is 5'6 ^_^ still growing btw i take milk too at night maybe it could help

depends on your genes actually, i grew up an inch a week. been taking that 3 weeks from now though.. which leaves me 3inches in addition. yay!

when i bought cheriffer pgm.. the girl in the merury drugs says that it is eefective and it is better if i will continue to take chriffer everyday.. 17pesos per capsule.. T_T

sabayan lang ng atleast 10MINUTES EXERCISE (jogging/running, NO TO WEIGHT LIFTING)
uminom ng MILK 3/DAY 2-3hrs pagkatapos i-take-in ang CHERRIFER

I'VE ALREADY USED 10 TABS in TEN DAYS and
TUMANGKAD AKO NG 1 INCH

Hi, I'm a Girl turning 18 this March, 2013th. I was bit frustrated sa mga comment about less possibility for 18 and above of Age (for girls). Well, I'll be starting just TODAY (Jan. 10, 2013) to take Cheriffer PGM, so I have less than 2 Months before I'll turn 18, (March 20, 2013). But then, I'm not losing hope and I agree, it's obvious to put effort while taking this med rather than to take this med and just wish upon the star, that's not it. On the other hand, great factor din ang Genes talaga. I can't say my Parents are tall, also w/ my Siblings pero 'di rin sila maliit. So, it'll be worth trying if effective, but if NOT then ano pang magagawa natin, we'll die anyway, lol. We have our own reasons to be desperate about this, and for me, my dream is to be a Super Model, I'm far from that dream kc 5 Flat lang ako, so yes, I'm desperate and eager to become tall, plus 5'11 ang Boyfriend ko, it sucks but cute that when we hug each other e sa Chest niya lang ang Ulo ko at gusto ng Parents niya ang matangkad na babae for him kac lahi talaga nilang matatangkad. Hehe. Ok, so I'll update everyone here if may improvement sakin after 2 Months, I'll work hard for this. Thanks for this discussion as well, magandang malaman ang opinions ng iba.

It also requires DAILY EXERCISE. If you just take and take and take the capsule, that may add a bit in your height but not as what you wanted to happen. Hinde lang puro inom.

Cherifer PGM is effective for me
im Johnray and 19 yrs old male.
ang Height ko ay 5'5. last 2 months.
bumili ako ng Cherifer PGM at Enervon Multivitamins..
ggcng ako ng 5:30 am . streching lng atleast 30 mins everyday.
i played basketball din or valleyball p nga minsan.
umiinom ako nyan ng Cherifer pgm at enervon after ng EXERCISE! .
syempre pagtapos ng exercise kain muna bgo uminom nyan..
then after that!
after one week na wlang palyang exercise and taking this med..
tumengkad ako ng 1 inch 1/2 ..
tnutuloy ko lang yan..
ngaun
my height is 5'9 1/2 na..
