nakakatulong din ang psychological aspect nyo wyl taking cherifer(law of attraction kung baga)...brkada q nag take ng cherifer for 1 and half yr. wen he was still 15yrs. old. before xa nag take 5'4" lng height nya,mas matankad pa aq dat tym pero ngaun 6flat na ang tarantado..kainis nga eh kaya aq naga take ng cherifer pra di aq mag mukhang unano sa kanya..hehehe..wag puro reklamo, sbayang din ng tamang diet nd sleep...

Cherifer is not a wonder drug that can make you taller overnight or in a month just by in-taking it everyday, you all have to do you part to grow taller, it requires patience, determination, and perseverance, if you guys really want to grow taller you have to really really want it, you guys need to do stretching which would help you increase your height, do it in morning and before bed time AND make sure you do it everyday, also eating healthful foods would help increase your height, you gotta know which foods that can help you increase height. Involving yourself in a sport like karate, taekwondo or etc would greatly help. ALSO get 9hrs of sleep everyday, it will help your body release more HGH which can OF COURSE help you increase height.

So don't think that in-taking cherifer and doing nothing would increase your height 'cause IT WILL NOT help you, it takes a lot of dedication to get achieve it. Cherifer does work if you also do your part. All you guys need is to inform yourselves on how you will help yourself increase height, also be patient, be dedicative, always persevere AND Never let lazyness get over you.

hek... ako 5'2 desperate to grow taller..
mamaya palang ako bibili ng cherifer.. marami na rin ako nabasa sa internet about it ,, at naniniwala ako tatangkad pa ako ,, take note 22 years old na ako , mag 23 na ako ngayon october 2010

me... ako 19 yrs old.. 5'7 in height.. gusto ko ma reach 5'10 or 11... hhaha exercise everday.. matulog ng maaga.. at mag take ng cherifer..

When I was around 11-13 years old, I was taking Cherifer PGM pero hindi araw-araw. Napapagalitan pa ko ni mama nun kasi kamahal daw ng vitamins ko ayaw ko naman daw inumin. Yung dahilan kaya ayoko umiinom nun is sumasakit yung tiyan ko o kaya nagvovomit ako. 16 na ko ngayon and gusto ko pa mag gain ng height kaya iniisip ko kung magtetake ulit ako ng Cherifer kaya lang baka ganun ulit mangyari tulad sa dati. Bakit po kaya ganun effect sakin?

Almost one month na akong nagtetake ng cherifer pero hindi tuloy tuloy (naisum up ko lang kung ilan na yung nainom ko) almost one month na. Hindi ko alam kung effective sya. Bago ako uminom nagbabasa muna ako ng posts dito. Umiinom ako ng cherifer every 10 pm kaya lang sumasakit yung tiyan ko. Pero ang dami ring nagsasabi na parang tumatangkad daw ako, napansin ko din yun (sana nga) pero hindi ko alam ang height ko bago ako magcherifer at height ko ngayon. Iniinom ko cherifer pgm minsan with zinc. Pwede po ba yun na paiba iba ang iniinom? sana nga po talaga tumangkad pa ako. btw im 19 and a girl

Guys 14 yrs old na ako ngayon coming to 15 ngayong Dec.
Male.
Amf.ang height ko po ngayon is 5'3 then nag start na ako uminom ng cherifer ngayong araw nato.
Sa tingin nyo ano na ang height ko pag dating ko ng 21 yrs old kung ipagpatuloy ko ang aking pag inom ng cherifer PGM/CGF??? Answer plss?salamat. :D

Buti niyo nga 5 and above kayo. eh ako 4'11" lang tapos 18 na ako (OMG!). Been taking cherifer just this month and only once a day....Ok din ba if twice a day ko iinumin??? (very eager na kasi ako eh)

I have a 19 yr old son. I'm worried about his height. May mga na take na syang growth enhancer meds. My problem is lagi syang kulang sa tulog dahil sa kai internet. I know that as a growing kid he must have at least 8 hrs a day of sleep. May pampaantok or panpatulog po ba ang cherifer para po at least ma achieve ng anak ko ang required number of hrs of sleep? Okay lang po ba to take it twice a day? Thanks po and good day.

Guys never depend on the physical aspects....try nyu rin ung psychological..... Kung desperate kang tumangkad u have to have the will of becoming tall.... Isipin nyu nlang na tumatangkad ka..... Dats all.....
