Iv been having a really sharp chest pain on my right side behind my Breast to under my arm for about a week now. Very painful and sometimes goes into the arm. Recently started epitec Meds. Could there be any connection?

You need to see a doctor immediately and have this checked out. While there is a chance that these symptoms are due to the medication, those can also be symptoms of a heart attack.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, memory loss and weight gain.
