If there are no markings, we can rule it out as being a prescription product and there are quite a few over the counter possibilities. I have a bottle of vitamin C capsules that look just like this, so that what they might be. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else have any other ideas? ## It's a 200 mg pure caffeine extended release caffeine pill

My dr has given me, ambian, Sonoma, tamazapam. I need to sleep to function at Work and life. I'm a zombie. ## Hello, Paula! How are you? Have you tried maintaining good sleep hygiene? That would be keeping a schedule, so you're always in bed at the same time and getting up at the same time, even on weekends. No alcohol or caffeine after 5pm. No heavy meals in the evening. Not using your bedroom for anything other than sleeping. Keeping all lights off at night and etc.? Maintaining a schedule is actually what resolved my long-term insomnia issues, when nothing else would.

I've had insomnia for twenty years and i finally take a stand.but it's so hard getting a Neurologist appointment.i need help ## Hello, Frederick! How are you? I'm very sorry about the problem you're having. Do you practice good sleep hygiene? That's what virtually any doctor is going to want to you to do for awhile, before you resort to medications. Things that are considered necessary for good sleep hygiene include: *Avoiding napping during the day. *Avoid stimulants, such as alcohol, caffeine and nicotine close to bed time. *Get lots of exercise. *Stay away from large meals, before sleeping. *Ensure adequate exposure to natural light to help condition your body clock. *Establish a regular, relaxing bedtime routine. *Associate your bed with sleep, not TV, reading, s...

I suffer from Hypnic headaches and the only thing that keeps my from waking up with a headache every morning is to take an Extra Strength Excedrin which has caffeine, acetaminophen and aspirin. The aspirin bothers my stomach and I am looking for something that has the caffeine (which I was told by the neurologiswas the treatment for these headaches) but caffeine by itself would only keep me awake at night. Any suggestions. ## Hello, Bell! How are you doing? Have you tried taking something to protect your stomach from the Aspirin? A simple antacid may work, unless your doctor has given you some reason you can't take one and something such as Pepcid or Zantac shouldn't interfere with the absorption and efficacy of the medication. ## Synalgos DC, It has aspirin ,caffeine,dihydracod...

sir i hav cough problem since last two months along with spiting of lot of phelgum specially at night i got few breathlessness attack also now doctor take my PFT test and reported some restrictive pattern along with this he send me for an endoscopy test which was reported with LAX LES IMPRESSION @ 40cm. sir i want to know what it is and how it can effect me? please... with due respect.... ## Hello, Rajinder! How are you? LES stands for your lower esophageal sphincter and lax means that it is loose and no longer as tight as it should be, so the coughing may be due to acid reflux. This creates the risk of your developing a hiatal hernia, where part of the stomach pushes up through into the esophagus, or you may already have one starting. The symptoms occurring mostly at night, when you...

I have seen many people suffering from sinus, and I have too. I used to go to the doctor every fall with it because it got me down. I quit smoking and still every fall again and again it bothered me. Well I ran across a book called "EAT AND HEAL. in it it told what to eat to avoid certain illnesses. And guess what yogurt, ligumes, wheat germ, wheat bread, and fruits and drinking lots of water. I gave up caffeine for that period of time and drank water. It whipped it. I was amazed at the difference in just a few days. Now when I get that sinus thing I get from allergies, I just add those foods to my diet with lots of water and its one in a couple three days. I eat three bananas a day, and haven't had a cold in 4 years. It works. Try it. ## I am glad you've found a solution. H...

She doesn't think it's from the water pills or any of the other things she drinks everyday. Could someone Please help me, to Help Her. Thank you ## Hello, Christine! How is your friend doing? Oh yes, that is exactly what the water pill does, it forces fluid out of the body by increasing urinary output. Plus, the caffeine in the coffee does the same thing, so she's essentially taking in 2 diuretics. Is there anything else I can help with?

white, oblong ## Hi, i found a bottle of one thousand pills. They are oval with one end squared off. Pink on one side that says magnum and white with blue flecks on the other that has 357 imprinted. the bottle says caffeine 325 mg and ephedrine sulphate 25 mg. what are these pills used for? ## In reference to ephedrine and caffeine mixture tablets, I remember they were used for people who had trouble breathing due to allergies or asthma. It cleared up the post nasal drip that made one feel like one was drowning. The pharmacist would tell us to drink plenty of water when on this pill. Back in the 1960's and 1770's there was no need for a physicians prescription.

I have a round white pill with FR on one side and Double scored on the other. Blue specks are inside the pill. ## I've tried searching for this several times, since I first read your post, but I haven't found anything that matches. The fact that the imprint is rather vague leads me to suspect that this is most likely an over the counter product of some type. Where was it found? Some products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## I found one of the same pills on the bottom of one of my shoes. it scares me to death.. I have a 19 month old walking around picking things up all the time. I have no idea where this came from! ## it's Excedrin, caffeine, asprin, tylenol. Nothing major, but wouldn't wa...

This pill is an oval blue pill with PDK on one side of it and 30 30 on the other it's mainly all blue but little red dots are noticeable on the entire pill what is this? ## Hi John, I haven't found an exact match to your pill, but I did come across a capsule with a similar marking. It is blue on one side and clear on the other, imprinted with PDK 10-1362. This particular pill happens to be a 200mg Caffeine tablet. I'm thinking even though the imprint doesn't exactly match up, they may still be manufactured by the same company. PDK Labs, Inc. manufactures and distributes a variety of over-the-counter pharmaceutical products and vitamins. Perhaps this could give you an indication of what your pill might be. Although it may be worth while to just contact them directly for v...

Plz Telll Me Name Of Any Anti Sleeping Pills , 2moro i hav exams and i neeed it ## Hello, I'm unaware of any "anti sleeping" pills, however there are caffeine pills and other herbal supplements that contain ingredients which are meant to keep you up and give you energy. Cacao powder contains natural caffeine, so if you have any available you might be able to add it to a smoothie for some extra energy. I just thought I'd mention, the brain doesn't function properly without sleep so if you stay up all night studying you may still have trouble with the exams due to lack of sleep. I know from personal experience... Please post back if you have any more questions!

These white pills have the saying wake up engraved on them you can buy them at walmart ## Based on my research, Wake-Up is a Canadian brand caffeine (50mg) pill. I can't seem to find much more information than that, but if it's sold at Walmart then this sounds like a viable match to me. I hope this info helps! :)
