Blood In British Shorthair Poo

I have noticed blood in my British Shorthair Poo

I have given her Iams and I have switched her to Animonda vom Feinsten Deluxe Adult Grain-free.

I have given her Profender to see if she has any parasites etc.

She is extremely healthy, a beautiful coat, eating fine, loves fuss, likes to play she is 18 months old.

Do you think she has a food intolerance, should I change her food to something better if so can you advise which food?

Can you tell me if I can do anything myself try her on different things or give her anything that may clear it up?
