I believe you're looking at the tablet upside down and the marking is actually R 196. Yes, it does contain 75mgs of Clopidogrel, which is used to prevent clotting. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness and increased risk of bleeding. Is there anything else I can help with?
Husband has been on Xarelto for a least two months. He has had a steady flow of very bloody urine, which the doctor is not concerned about for over 6 months. Last night and today he has no blood in the Urine, and goes very little. He has Retroperitoneal Fibrosis of the Ureter, Kidney, and Bladder. This is odd to us that all of a sudden the bleeding has stopped. ## I would suggest speaking to a urologist, rather than a general practitioner. A doctor should be concerned about any unusual bleeding, when he is on a medication like this, it shouldn't be ignored or brushed off. The fact that he's going very little, now, could also signify a problem and this needs to be checked out, as soon as possible. Is he on any other medications?
I have been on Warfarin for 5 yrs now for CHF and have a metal heart valve, my hair and skin have suffered tremendously, I started taking Biotin to help and it has helped my hair thicken back up a bit but the dryness is awful, very dry hair and my skin just peels and is very itchy, I have tried so many lotions and nothing seems to help, any suggestions? ## There are prescription creams available that work much better than those you can purchase over the counter, so you may want to speak to your physician about trying one of them. For your hair, some hot oil treatments may help moisturize it. Does anyone else have any ideas?
I am on sintrom, half of a 4mg. tablet per day. The control at Mojon in Los Cristianos, Tenerife, gave me a return date for my INR of 6th,August, even though I told them I would be in England seeing my children. My INR is 2.1. They said I should go to a Clinic there, even though I am a resident here, and do not have a doctor in UK. I will be in East Grimstead, then Oxford, and Ketering.

On my email? ## Salicin in wllowbarkwhite?xarelto? ## Still no answer to y question?m. I want to safely take instaflex with salicin ingredient with xarelto blood thiner is it safe? ## Salicin in instaflex white willow bark can it be takin safely with xarelto blood thinner? ## Hello, Al! How are you? I answered on the other post you made, but I will add it to this one, as well. Natural remedies are not tested for possible interactions with prescription medications, so there is nothing available on this. I'd suggest not taking anything, unless your doctor approves, just to be careful. Why do you want to take it?
Have been on Warfarin since 2002 due to DVT left leg. I have Factor5Leidon half value and therefore i am on a very high dose of Warfarin (18mg/pd). I am also a Type2 Diabetic(Insulin Dependent). I would like to change to Xarelto to allow me to use natural remedies etc to help with the Diabetes. Warfarin doesn't lend itself to being mixed with too many other products. Have discussed this with my GP and she is not keen on me changing over. She believes that there has not been adequate testing and trials for Xarelto. There are also no published papers on the effects of Xarelto with Diabetes. I would like to know more about the drug in relation to Diabetes before jumping ship from Warfarin care. ## Hello, Shane! How are you? What your doctor told you is correct, there is nothing out yet...
problem making payments or getting this medication for the payment could not find the medication Aggrenox 200-25mg ## Hello, James! How are you? I'm sorry, but I don't think I'm clearly understanding you. Are you looking for an assistance program to make the medication cheaper? There is an assistance program for low-income uninsured individuals, as well as a co-pay card. I can help you find information on one of them, if you can tell me what specifically you're needing help with! Thanks! This medication may cause side effects, such as nausea, stomach irritation and blood thinning.
Can it cause seizures or what would be the point in giving to people in discuise ## Hello, dj! How are you? I'm not sure what you're talking about, it would be illegal and unethical to do that. This tablet contains 1mg of Warfarin, which is a blood thinner and no, it will not cause seizures. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness and increased risk of bleeding. Are there any other questions or concerns?
can i take Instaflex while taking Eliquis a blood for Afib ## Hello, Linda! How are you? I'm sorry, but since the Instaflex is just a supplement, it has not been tested for possible interactions with actual prescription drugs. Have you tried asking your pharmacist? They may know more. Are you on any other medications? Do you have any other medical conditions?

Can salicin in white willow bark be takin with xarelto? ## Hello, Al! How are you? Since the Salicin acts as an anti-inflammatory and can be used to create Aspirin, I'd suggest not mixing them, without double checking with your prescriber, because it may cause some additional blood thinning. I can kick myself ... I am on the tail end of my xarelto and I have taken a Advil by mistake should I be freaking out right nowrú. ## Hope you are feeling ok. I took aspirin once and there were no problems. They want you to avoid drugs that can cause stomach bleeding. My guess is you are ok today. ## Yes I am ok I was scared because of the warnings ## It needs to be noted here that it's not just stomach bleeding, but any increased risk of bleeding, which most NSAIDs, such as Advil can cause. If you require any type of medical care, or get a cut within a few days of taking the Advil, make sure to let medical personnel know. And if you see any signs of internal bleeding, such as vomiting blood or bloody stool, you should seek medical attention. Is there anything else I can help w...

took plavix over 20 years. doc took me off and i noticed really bad headaches. could it be a withdrawal side effect? ## If you were taking it for that long and just suddenly stopped abruptly, without tapering off of it, then yes, that can happen as a withdrawal effect. Learn more Plavix details here. It should taper off in severity soon, after your body starts to adjust to no longer having the medication, but if it doesn't or if it gets worse, then you should seek immediate medical attention, because rebound effects can also occur from stopping such a medication. Is there anything else I can help with? ## i wonder why the doctor didnt tell us this... my head has been killing me for 3 or 4 weeks now... shuld i start the plavix again for a week or o until the headaches stop and then b...

My husband has been on warfarin sin june 2012 without major issues. He had stroke and a dvt that passed into his lung. Both occurred at the same time. He has totally recovered. His inrs have been fine and the hematologist doesn't seem to think there is a problem and the dermatologist says he just has sensitive skin. The question is why would it suddenly start? Has anyone else experienced this or have any info. We are at wits end. Thanks for your time. ## Is he on any other medications, such as cardiac medications or blood pressure drugs? I took Xarelto for 4 months. I put on 20 pounds, developed severe feet, and knee pain. always tired some blurry vision. I've been off it for 10 days and still have the symptoms. ## Hello, Al! How are you? You are just one of many that have complained about such side effects from Xarelto. It will likely take another week, or two, before you start feeling back to normal. What have you replaced it with?
Does Xarelto cause weight gain specifically. ## I wonder myself if my weight gain is from Xarelto. I have AFIB my Doctor gave me Xarelto I had a follow up in two weeks. I had decided in the meantime to lose some weight , being tired all the time I drink lots of coffee. 7-9-14 cups a day and I like them with sugar & creamer. I figure that I was drinking in between 600-800 calories at eight cups much more if I drank additional cups ( creamers can vary 20-30 cal to 50 or more). So I went cold turkey to Black coffee only and drank much less for the two weeks. I thought I would lose at least 1-2 pounds on the next visit but instead gained 8 pounds thats in two weeks time. OK I'm going to give it more time and see if something else is going on besides the Xarelto. I"ll check back ...
