I am on xarelto, I am worried about salicin in white willow bark in instaflex, should I worry about bleeding?

Natural remedies are not tested for possible interactions with prescription medications, so there is nothing available on this. I'd suggest not taking anything, unless your doctor approves, just to be careful.
