To.y powder blue scored tablet. Capital L on one side capital F on other side ## And this is another one I am curious about. How tiny is it? I can't find this listed in any databases, so I am wondering if it may be a tablet from a package of oral contraceptives. Learn more oral contraceptive details here. Is it that tiny?

tiny blue pill with p on one side and wpl on the other side. its a light blue. i randomly found it in my car on the floor. i do not use drugs, and i am not familiar with this kind of pill. ## This is an inactive/placebo pill from a pack of birth control tablets called Trinessa, so it is harmless. Learn more oral contraceptive details here. Have you have someone else in your car that may be taking birth control pills?

I need to delay the art of my period due to the fact that my husband and I are going away for our 25th wedding anniversary and my period is due to start at the exact time we leave for vacation. I am not on the pill but I want to dely the start of my period for one week ## The problem is that any medication that can do this is going to be hormonal based, just like the contraceptive pills, which means it could actually make you start rather than delaying it, since your body isn't used to taking it. Learn more menstruation details here. It is, however, perfectly safe for you to have sex while menstruating. Many women also find their bodies to be much more sensitive so sex is more enjoyable that week. Have you tried asking your doctor for ideas? ## I want to delay my period as they are ...

I am currently taking Tri-Sprintec. I started my first round this past Tuesday. Today, a week and day later I started my period. My physiccian said it was fine to start the doese before the Sunday and 1st day rule. My question is now that I'm on my period do I keep taking the blue pills (I have 13 left) Or do I start taking the white pills? Thanks! ## You should continue taking the active pills (blue) just as you are and then take the inactive (white) exactly when you are supposed to take them at the end of the pack. Learn more oral contraceptive details here. Break through bleeding, such as starting at an odd time, can be normal when you are new to taking hormonal contraceptives, since your body has to get used to them. Are there any other questions?

I just wanted to share my experience with Mirena. I had extremely heavy/painful periods my entire life. I would find a pill that helped, and over time I would experience side effects and try another one. Eventually, I tried Seasonique, but I simply got three months of period pain rolled into one. So, on the advice of my doc, I tried Mirena. For the first week, if I could have reached the strings, I would have pulled it out myself. The pain was far worse than I expected. My doctor told me to try hanging in for at least a month, because she was sure it would get better. And it did. I spotted on and off, but otherwise felt back to normal. And then I got my period. The first day, the cramps were almost as bad as before, and I was very discouraged. Then, I realized they weren't getting w...

Very small white pill had to look at inscription w/magnifying glass. C on one side 6 on the other. ## I can't find anything that matches this in the prescription drug databases that I checked. Do you think it's small enough to be an oral contraceptive tablet? That may be what it is, not all of their imprints are always reported and logged. Learn more oral contraceptive details here.

I started lo loestrin about 10 months ago and within two months I stopped having a period all together. I usually am timely taking the pill within 10-11 each night. A week ago June 28th I had unprotected sex, still on the pill. I'm worried that I could get unknowingly pregnant due to no longer havering my period on this pill. Is there a high chance of becoming pregnant? Any response would be helpful. Also is not having an period or period symptoms normal? Thanks. ## Whether or not you have a menstrual cycle has no bearing on the pregnancy risk, because as long as you have taken them all and not missed any pills, it is only a false menstrual cycle, anyway. As a matter of fact, skipping your cycle in this manner is perfectly safe and many women use the birth control pill to purposely ...

I've been on Lo Loestrin Fe for almost 2 months now and this morning I accidentally took the first blue pill in my new pack because I thought I had finished my last pack. Later I realized I hadn't finished my last pack and had forgotten to take my last brown pill. I also had unprotected sex this very morning too. Is it ok to miss a brown pill? ## The brown tablets in Lo Loestrin FE are just the iron supplement tablets and do not contain any hormones, so yes, you are still fine if you missed one of them. Learn more oral contraceptive details here. Is there anything else I can help with? ## My period started last Sunday (not the one that just passed) and ended this Sunday. I took my last blue pill on the first day of my cycle and had the remaining 2 white and 2 brown left. I had a...

Hi, I'm on my second pack of sprintec now and I had a couple periods during my first pack. So now I'm halfway through the second week of the second pack and haven't had my period yet. I've had sex but its always been protected. Is this okay to be late according to my tracker by a week?? ## Yes, it's actually completely normal when you are new to taking hormonal contraceptives and such irregularities can occur for the first 3 months. Learn more Sprintec details here. As long as you haven't missed any, or had unprotected sex, then there's really no need to worry. However, if it continues past the third month, it may be the wrong pill for you to take and you may need to talk to your doctor about trying a different one. Are there any other questions? ## Thank you...

I have been on this birth control first time only because of a pilgrimage. However I missed my pill number 6 blue pill in week 1 and realized around 18 hours later and took two pills that day however I m bleeding heavily. Is this normal and also for how long will this bleeding last? I also was going slightly up and down on my time to take the pill however will get more consistent. I just want to ensure no periods after 2 months. As exactly that's when I go for 1 week. Any insight will be appreciated. ## These are hormonal based contraceptives, so yes, menstrual irregularities can be normal for the first 3 months, especially when you miss pills or take them more then 12 hours late. I Just Started Taking This Pill A Week Ago On A Sunday And That Same Day Finished My Period. Its A Week That Has Gone By And I Just Started My Period Again on This Sunday. I Have Not Been Taking My Pills On A Set Time Why Did I Start My Period Again I'm Only 15 And I'm Scared I Need Advice Please! ## This is a hormonal based contraceptive, so what you're experiencing is most likely what's called break through bleeding, rather than an actual menstrual cycle. It is normal for this to occur, especially when you are new to taking such medications and it may continue for as long as the first 3 months. Learn more oral contraceptive details here. Okay, so I have been on loestrin 24 fe for almost a year and 3 months. Every month my period comes on the last day of the brown pills, except this month. I had sex on August 17th, but we used a condom and it didn't break and I have never missed a pill. My period came as usual on August 27th. Now this month I haven't seen it at all. I'm worried that something went wrong or either it was too soon to miss last month. My period was due September 24th and it hasn't come at all. I am a college student and I just started school in late August. It is a new environment with more stress and school work. Could this be a factor as to why I have missed it? Or is there a possibility I could be pregant? Like I said, the condom didn't break and I have never missed a pill. Thanks for...

Been on Sprintec for 2 weeks. Started having irregular heart beats. Dr said to stop taking them. Now I am having to have a series of tests on my heart. ## Have they also checked your blood pressure? These hormonal contraceptives can cause elevated blood pressure in some people that take them and that can cause the irregular heart beat. Learn more oral contraceptive details here. It's also possible that they are just too strong for you. Such irregularities are known to occur in women whose hormones are too high, or are fluctuating. What types of tests are they doing?

Its been 2 months since i have had my jadelle put in and i havent had my period!? I havent had any other odd effects yet... I cant be pregnant because i had a test before i got the jadelle and it was negative. I havent had test now. Is this normal?? ## It is still a hormonal based contraceptive, so yes, it can be normal to skip your menstrual cycle or to experience irregularities. Learn more Jadelle details here. However, if you're concerned, then by all means take a pregnancy test, or consult your doctor. Is there anything else I can help with?

Hi, I threw away my last leaflet of my Femaine and I now have taken it 4 hours late yesterday. I can't remember if prior to 12 hours if all is okay or not. Can anyone help? ## Yes, this is just a regular combined hormonal contraceptive, so taking it within 12 hours is fine. :-) Learn more oral contraceptive pill details here. What I do for the medications that I have to take regularly is set up a reminder on my phone, to make sure I never forget a dose. Have you tried doing that? It could make it easier to remember.

First time taking pills. the second pack is almost finished. during the first pack, i was spotting non-stop, then had my period on time but extremely light spotting for 3 days or less. Now I haven't gotten my period yet even though it should have been normally. I am very worrying about being pregnant already...... ## Have you skipped any pills? If not, then there isn't a very big chance that you are pregnant, because oral contraceptives are over 99% effective, when taken properly. As to skipping your time of the month, that can be completely normal, because your body has to adjust to the hormones in the medication. ## I am currently taking Lo Loestrin Fe, and i have noticed that I have been having break through bleeding almost every time I start a new pack or a couple weeks befo...
