Blue Tiny Pill Confusion

tiny blue pill with p on one side and wpl on the other side. its a light blue. i randomly found it in my car on the floor. i do not use drugs, and i am not familiar with this kind of pill.

This is an inactive/placebo pill from a pack of birth control tablets called Trinessa, so it is harmless.
