Hello, I got the implanon inserted 1 year and 8 months ago and starting this year I have gain weight approximately 25 lbs. I went to a nutritionist and prescribed me redotex, just wanted to know if it interferes with birth control function or if the results of loosing weight are the same while using birth control? Hi everyone. So last week I went to get the jadelle removed but they only managed to get out one of the two implants. I had them both in for 5 years and one of them is really deep so I'm waiting on acc to approve of it being surgically removed.... My doctor started me on the generic brand of sprintec about a month ago after being on the name brand for about 6 months. It caused me to have very bad diahhrea and messed with my stomach altogether but I dealt with it. It also caused my left breast to be extremely tender and painful to touch. My doctors didn't send my refills over for my birth control so I couldn't refill it when I ran out, so I had to double up the day after on the pills. After my favorite OC, Loestrin 24 Fe was discontinued my doctor has prescribed Minastrin 24 Fe. My body did not respond well to it at all (acne,weight gain, mood swings)... After trying a few other OC's and reading so many reviews on how great Loestrin 24 Fe was compared to Minastrin and others I thought if we got enough people to vote to bring Loestin 24 Fe back, maybe the company would consider it.... I have been taking Mono-linyah for 2 months. I take it wishin 30 minutes of the same time every day. My SO and I have been doing a lot of oral lately. I have been on tori sprintec since 2012. At the end of June I decided to skip my period. Well it worked for the week and then on my second week of my new pack I started bleeding, so needless to say I had two periods. I already knew this would happen. I was told to start Lo Loestrin Fe on the first day of my period however, the norm for me is light bleeding (mostly just when urinating and wiping but nothing on a pad) and then nothing for a day or two and then my full on period. I took a month off of bc pills to give my body a chance to cleanse in a way. I have endometriosis so I need to be on bc pills continuously which means I'd skip the placebo pills and go right to the next pack. Jowever no where in the I instructions for lo estrin fe does it explain what the brown and white pills are. I heard the brown ones are reminder pills which makes no sense to me.
