Best Generic Adderall Brands (Page 15) (Top voted first)

Is the round pink 30 mg Adderall generic name Sandoz/Eon with the markings of CDR 136 on one side more or less effective than the oval orange 30 mg Adderall generic name Barr/Teva with the markings of b974 on one side and 30 on the other side? What is the most effective/potent Adderall that is generic and 30 mg?

You need to get the logo # off of the pill then just type it in and put in the letters and or the numbers to find out who the manufacturer is. The absolute best brand of the Adderall XR is Shire the original name brand manufacturer.

My father has had MS chronically for over 40 years it is the fatigue that cripples him. I suggested he started taking Adderall because I know it is prescribed for chronic fatigue narcolepsy and ADHD. He began taking it A few years ago and has helped only slightly some medications work well for some people maybe you could try Ritalin and see how that works. I am not a doctor but I have studied pharmacology I wish you the best of luck don't give up and keep trying also these amphetamine based medicines deplete you of major nutrients so make sure you're eating plenty of healthy food fruits vegetables yogurt etc.

Instant release 30mg oval orange (b 974) footballs , had cor pharm pink before seemed work better these orange made by teva seem weaker . Looking all over feedback wveryone says teva orange footballs the #1 pref

2016 posts hint it's switched to pink > teva

Thinking the additive an fillers effect each person differently also but deeper searches say unless sensitive to fillers shud have no issue

Already made complaint with FDA teva oval b 974 mite switch back ASAP in two more weeks, yawning an tired after after taking full day dose (60mg IR) cuz prescribed 2 30s daily, that's not normal an pinks gave me energy an helped focus

Is there any new OCT. 2016 messages? I started with 30 mg Sandoz & it worked great. Now CVS has been giving me Mylan Round peach. Not working, depression even more, I ordered Sandoz again. As far as Hair Lose, I never thought it was from that. My dr. Said its from my Thyroid, taking Synthroid, which its obvious I need to take. Sandoz, in my opinion, is the most effective generic Adderall. Is there anyone else who think the same as I do?

Have you thought why exactly it is that you are taking Adderall?
With all due respect, after reading your post, it's painfully obvious you're a bit in the dark about Adderall and taking it.

Not trying to insult you at all, but I tell you, based on my personal experience of taking generic Adderall IR for 12/13 months...the more I found out about the details of each generic manufacturer
( colors, shape, numberings on tablet )
I noticed a significant positive change in what the Adderall was giving me.

I figured out through trial & error, a pretty accurate expectation of what each generic at each dose would do for me.
Helped me in so many ways. Saved me a few bucks, but more importantly, this newly acquired generic Adderall information made me feel confident and gave me a sense of "I got a good handle on this and I can manage this an let the medication do it's thing.

Worked for me. My problem solving skills & concentration improved and procrastination and laziness faded.
It'll make you feel like a total ass -kicker once you get on top of it. Super confident.

Does anyone know about the effectiveness of the Corepharma 10mg IR available as of December 2016? I was previously on Teva 10mg IR with my last prescription filled at CVS in early November 2016 which worked great for me. Prior to Teva, I used Mylan 10mg which was not effective at all and made me very anxious feeling.

I just dropped off a prescription 2 weeks ago at CVS. I requested that they special order Teva but they filled it with Mylan which I refused on pick up. I am now waiting for the past week to hear back from CVS about whether they were able to fill the Teva request but no updates....

I am thinking of either asking CVS to order Corepharma istead or asking for my prescription so that I can take it somewhere else to get filled. So any feedback on the current Corepharma 10mg IR would be helpful!

My CVS pharmacist has been ordering the Teva generic for me. That's what CVS had carried for years and I find it to be much more effective than the Mylan. I do have to ask specifically, each time I get my prescription filled, for the Teva brand. That's unfortunate that you have to drive around from CVS to CVS. If you speak with the pharmacists at each of those stores you may find one who is willing to order it for you each month.

Thanks for posting something positive. My search has resulted in lots of negative over the last three years. There are DEFINITELY differences between all generics which has been confirmed to me by two providers. Prior to that, I was unaware. Nevertheless, I too, have been taking the Teva generic for years and it is great. I noticed the change when I picked up my scrip and before I pull the fire alarm with my doctor; I appreciate this recent information. Everyone is different and reactions will vary. Thanks again

I have been taking the Teva brand from Walgreens for about a year and everything was good. A few days ago I went to CVS for my refill because it was near the doctor office and I thought nothing of it. They carry a generic made by Aurobindo which I had not heard of but assumed must be similar to Teva. I WAS WRONG. The Aurobindo brand is much stronger and lasts in my system much longer. I took half of a 20mg pill at 3:00PM and could not fall sleep at all that night. I went into work the next day on no sleep. The second day I took the half 20mg pill at noon and I again could not fall asleep that night. On top of that, it makes me jittery and LESS focused, plus my heartbeat seems to increase. I would not recommend this brand which most CVS stores now use and will be going back to Walgreens for future refills.

I go to CVS on Staten Island and the pharmacists are telling me that they cannot get Teva Adderall to fill the 30 mg xr capsules. I called Teva and they told me that Teva has sold its generic xr to another company. I called CVS to ask them if they would fill the name brand, and they are saying that Shire, the only name brand manufacturer, will not respond to their requests. I found that to be odd. Going to switch pharmacies, and attempt to get the name brand.

I have just experienced the same from Kroger I have used same pharmacy for 5 yrs for my Add Medication. The best was an oval shape orange pill by Barr but they don't usually carry but have been consistently on corepharms 20mg twice a day pink in color and it works seems to be inconsistent but for the most part worked and believed pharmist telling me the ingredients are the same and so should the results till I started reading forums. This month Kroger switched pharmacists and I received aurobindo and I feel this medication is a scam I don't feel it helps with anything but have had tightness in my chest and noticed I am withdrawn, have lack of motivation, lathergic. Not sure what to do and these changes need to be announced to consumer before a pharmacy decides. After reading this and other forums I will be making calls to other pharmacies to find the right one and will not accept any changes.

The best brand of Adderall and my humble opinion is the peach tablet 30 milligram generic from Sandoz. For some reason though this particular batch that I just got two weeks ago is not working the same but any other time it is on point. I also noticed that the last two or three years around this time either they are on backorder or something is different about the medication.

Been prescribed two 30mg/day adderall, for two years now.

After immense research, my efforts have drawn my conclusion, the only way to lower a very high tolerance, is to completely stop taking it for a few days then maintain a very low dose.

This is absolute fact, ive tried to get around this many ways, never works. Supplements like magnesium will add to adderall's effectiveness by about 3%.

It's very hard to skip even 1 day without complete lack of energy for me, an wanting to smash someone, i've lowered to about 15mg a day instead of 60mg, also chew up 2,000mg calcium carbonate (antacid) ten mins prior to increase effectiveness.

I feel like im wasting my time sometimes tho, like my tolerance is so high im wasting every dose it seems, also have an addiction to drinking monster energy 2-3 daily for the past 5 years. Not drinking water all day is hell sometimes, feels like a sludge hammer to my testicles. i guess im just here to rant. The only ones that work (for me anyway - as of 4/30/2017) are pinks (cor pharma). Aurobindo, teva and sandoz all lack energy & feel like s***.

But the fillers & binders effect bodies differently so its individual to each person. Teva is trash to me. Went thru hell 3 months back cuz of them. Reports to FDA does nothing, its all about money, overseas pharmacies and doctors banking off of adderall addict lab rats like myself. Neways, kudoz yall -N. New York.

Melody, you said you have now received a larger round orange pill. Since there are a few that are orange and round, could you please look at the bottle and be more specific with the name of the manufacturer? Is it Sandoz/Eon? or Mylan? Thanks in advance. BTW...CorePharma in the past had been so awful for me. It was like being jacked up on way too much caffeine, or some kind of illegal upper. Truly awful! That was over 2 years ago, but will never trust them again. Even IF they have changed their compound for the better, I would be too scared to try again because of the horrible effects that have stayed with me.

Hi there EVERYONE visiting and reading and posting to this page. Just a tip here for those of us who's option for our "Adderall" scripts is GENERICS.

Since pharmacies keep playing generic roulette - and subject to change manufacturers without warning or notice to patients, this is my advice:

If you already know which generic works the best for you - make sure you know (or look it up if you don't have that info anywhere on the Internet and images for generic Adderall) and TELL YOUR DOCTOR TO WRITE THAT ON YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS!! For example if teva works best for you have your doc write "teva only". If Sandoz, write "Sandoz only". If Barr, write "Barr only".

Keep in mind that if your pharmacy doesn't carry the one you want, by having your doc write the name of the generic brand that works best for you, the pharmacy can and will have to order it for you. So note this could take a couple days at the most if they do not have any on hand. The Pharmacy will only do this for you (at least in my experience, my pharmacist told me) is that they can special order it but they need your doctor to request it.
