Baralgin M is a brand name of Metamizole, which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (pain reliever, fever reducer). Exercise. No painkiller will work permanently. All they want is you to buy it and that's it. Work out your back and especially lower back and all is gonna be fine and you don't need any medicine for back pain, because you don't know what the underlying cause of back pain is then.
